It was lovely not to be pushed into anything. I was only going to brows but a chair caught my eye. The young man was so helpful without any pushing, which I hate and I would have walked out. But he was so kind and supportive and gave me confidence. Thank you, I look forward to getting my delivery.

Everyone was very helpful to me as an oap and not cleaver ordering on line. However we got there in the end and I have to say thank you for your patience as I went away for a few days and as soon as I got home your office rang and confirmed a delivery date. I absolutely love me fireplace. It looks really lovely in my lounge. So happy I bought it. Worth every penny. Thankyou.

I was very impressed when I sent back the boots and got another replacement within a few days. The boots were so comfortable (first pair too small) and lovely for walking the dogs. After 3 days it rained hard, they are not waterproof which I thought they were and my feet were soaked. I shall just wear them in dry weather so no harm done.
