Great service

Great service
I checked for eta in the morning.
Arrived bang on time.
We left the side gate unlocked because no one was at home, the driver even took the time to slide the bolt over on the gate to lock it. Which was much appreciated

Fitters were the best!

The fitters: Furdy, Craig & Jackie were friendly, professional and courteous. They kept us informed of how the process was progressing. They all worked really hard to finish at reasonable time. Was a pleasure to meet them. We’re very pleased with how our new windows look, good quality product.
As for safestyle as a company, I would say they could improve their communication skills. Once the initial order was placed, we had a letter advising us what to expect and what to do to prepare, nothing after that, a phone call or text just to confirm it was all happening on the agreed date would have been reassuring.
