Look elsewhere!!

It has taken 2 months for this company to decide to pay out for two bikes stolen from my ex Mrs garage. Every time you send an email or proof as to what got stolen, they then have 5 days to reply to the email. Sometimes this took longer.

Trying to obtain the money to replace the bikes, well, that's another story. My sons bikes cost 550 each 3 years ago. The bikes are now 100 pounds each more expensive. They asked for a quote to be able to process the claim. That was supplied, together with the locks which they stipulated in their email. The full quote was around 1450 which I provided with the full costs itemised. I then received an email 8 days later to say they had paid 1100, less my 50 pounds excess, 350 less than the quote.

I am totally not happy with this company, and I be looking for alternatives in the future.

Update....

I have cancelled my policy with this company. After explaining to them that I felt like I was being made out as a criminal, and didn't like the way they only paid some of the claim, all they could say was sorry. The also told me to check each year with the cycle shop as to whether the bike would cost more or less to replace. SHOCKING.......WHO WOULD ACTUALLY DO THAT YEARLY????

Super easy, brilliant price, excellent customer service!!

Just booked a holiday through this great company. Alex was the representative that looked after me. He was super conscious of everything associated with my holiday. He also made sure my twin sons who are 8, got a free birthday cake even though their birthday wasn't until a few days after we got back home.

I was a little nervous booking through this company, but not anymore. Super professional.
