Quick service, great product

Quick service, easy to order the correct size. I have just ordered my third (flight) and fourth (ankle walking socks) pair of Stox. I had a broken ankle and whenever it swells up I just put a pair of Stox on and the swelling goes down. Very comfortable to wear.

Spot on customer service

Always had a positive experience with Drivalia, quick, efficient pick up from airport and car assignment. Yesterday I had to cancel my booking for the summer as our flight was cancelked due to the restrictions at Schiphol. I had paid in full up front so was half expecting a fight to get my money back. No such thing. I mailed late at night, next morning there was a mail with two options (refund minus €15 admin charge or a voucher). I asked for the refund and a couple of hours later got the mail confirming it. If you need a car at Valencia or Alicante, use Drivalia!

High quality

Ordered two Chillys. Arrived on time. Beautifully packaged and great quality. Ordering process was not very clear though as I never got to see my address (I already had an account from a previous order) and they got sent to my old address.

Highly recommended

Have used Drivalia for about 6 years and always been very pleased with the service (espcially given the nightmare stories heard from renters with other car hire companies from Alicante airport). They have now been bought by Leasys and I used them June 2021. So far, so good - the staff are still very personable and professional, the pickup is well organised; the dropoff quick; the cars are new, clean and well maintained. Let's hope the takeover by Leasys continues in the Drivalia way.

Goede kwaliteit bank

Goede kwaliteit bank. Vooruitgang na bestelling was duidelijk. Bank was geleverd iets vroeger dan wij hadden verwacht (due geen vertraging). Bezorging was keurig; bank was uitgepakt, op zijn plaats geplaatst, er was zelfs overlegd of het kleedje moest verplaatst worden zodat hij beter uitkwam onder het bank. Aanrader.

Absymal email communication

I bought 'skip the line' tickets for the Acropolis. The email subject line was 'Your tickets for the Acropolis'. There was a PDF attached with a barcode. I admit I only summarily read the email (as most people do, I mean it said 'your tickets' and had a PDF with a barcode). After queuing at the entrance to get in we found out that we actually had to go to a location some 20 minutes walk away to get them printed out. Reading the email again it is very confusing for a number of reasons:
- subject should not read 'Your tickets..' it should be along the lines of 'You have to redeem this to get your ticket'
- The sentence in the email referring to exchanging the voucher should be in big, bold red letters
- Towards the bottom of the mail (where I scrolled to to open the PDF) it says "Digital ticket, no need to print
Want a printable copy, or can't see the barcodes? View the PDF.". Seriously, does this read like it's not really a ticket?

As we were short on time I ended up queuing at the Acropolis ticket office (which wasn't too bad) and found out that the tickets were 20 euros there instead of the 24 euros via Tiqets.

@Tiqets - your email communication needs looking at as a matter of urgency if you want to avoid other unsatisfied customers.

We're sorry to hear that you found part of our product information unclear. We strive to make it as clear as possible by showing it on our website and on the voucher. Some tickets are very straightforward, while others require more detailed instructions. In any case it's vital to read the instructions before and after buying tickets.

As for the difference in price, sometimes we can absorb the related costs and provide our tickets at the same price as directly from the venue. Unfortunately, sometimes this is not possible and we need to charge a booking fee.

Prima verlopen

Goede prijs, goede keus, goede voorraad (mijn zoon heeft maat 48 welke is heel moeilijk in een winkel te vinden), bezorgd precies zoals gevraagd. Heel prettig dat ik zelf mijn bezorgdag kon kiezen.
