I recently purchased some chairs at Sanders Wonen Alexandrium and was assisted by Rob Breedveld. I’m giving 5 stars because he was incredibly attentive from the moment we walked into the store. He really listened to what we were looking for and gave us excellent advice. He was patient while we took our time to decide, and overall, his customer service was outstanding.
We explained how important it was for us to receive the chairs as soon as possible, and he made it happen—no delays, no issues. I absolutely recommend this store, and the chairs are not only beautiful but also extremely comfortable!

Rousseau was very helpful. He spent hours helping us find the right combination for our furniture. In the end, we were able to pick a sofa, a wall cabinet, a dining table, and chairs that suited our taste.

Stay away! Worst service ever. They show in everything that they do and how they communicate that they don’t give anything about their customers. After 8 months of misery and additional costs back at square one. Better to spend your money at a different company.

Employees who engage in harassment should be fired! The men who do harassment for women deserve to go to hell !!! I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your Mega Store in Sanders, The Hague, on the morning of June 22nd. I encountered a specific staff member, a bearded man (not the slightly heavier one), who not only displayed inappropriate behavior but also made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention.
During my previous visits to the store, I have encountered this staff member who, on one occasion, engaged in unwelcome and harassing remarks. Unfortunately, today's encounter only exacerbated my concerns. As I was short on time due to an afternoon meeting, I had planned to quickly make my way to the second floor to purchase a vase and proceed with my shopping. However, upon passing by, the staff member intercepted me and asked, "What are you looking for?" In haste, I replied, "I am just looking around first." Regrettably, my brief response seemed to provoke his anger.
He approached me aggressively, raising his voice, and repeated the following statements several times: "I was talking to you, and you just walked away? You're not social!" I attempted to explain, saying, "I've been here many times; I simply want to shop and leave." However, the staff member persisted in chastising me, repeatedly emphasizing in 6~7 times "You're not social," while trying to lecture me. Frustrated by his behavior, I responded, "You stopped me as well when I was looking around." Despite my efforts to reason with him, he continued to berate me and firmly asserted in 5~6 times , "It's my store!" In my defense, I replied, "But I am a customer." In a fit of anger, he rudely exclaimed, "OK, here's the door; you can go out."
This shopping experience has left me extremely upset and disturbed. On previous occasions, I have had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from two female employees at Sanders. However, it is disheartening to note that this specific staff member has, on two separate occasions, either sought to fulfill his own desire for conversation or, perhaps even worse, displayed a pattern of harassment towards me. I was treated in an extremely disrespectful and unprofessional manner, and the only justification provided by this gentleman was his repeated claim, "It's my store." Consequently, I am left with no choice but to escalate my complaint to Mega Store and the regulatory authorities in the Netherlands.
Women, please protect yourselves. It's not your fault if you avoid excessive interaction; it will only provoke male employees who engage in harassment.

Moreno is the BEST! Funny, charming, and articulate, he made the process seem effortless. Oh! And we think Sven is wonderful too.

On New Year's Eve, my mother and I went to visit Sanders on the Ekkersrijt furniture square. My mother worked very hard to replace all her old furniture and was initially looking for a new sofa. In the store we looked around to our heart's content and after a while a friendly young man, Tristan, came to ask us if he could help us with anything. My mother had seen a nice relaxing sofa and Tristan showed us all the ins and outs of the sofa while enjoying a nice cup of tea and a slice of apple pie. My mother was very enthusiastic and soon we were combining rugs and coffee tables with the sofa together with salesman Tristan.
Because we were so incredibly well and honestly advised and because of the wide range of high quality furniture, my mother decided to buy everything she eventually wanted to replace in her home at Sanders. We picked out a new rug and coffee table to match er new sofas and my mother was interested in a new bed as well. Salesman Tristan, who was also a bedroom specialist, expertly guided us through all possible materials for a new box spring and helped my mother to select and put together her new bed and a new wardrobe closet. We had a very informative, relaxing and pleasant afternoon shopping at Sanders Wonen in Ekkersrijt. They helped my mother with a new start to 2023 and I am very grateful to Tristan and the rest of the team in Ekkersrijt for this fantastic shopping experience!

We bought a raja dining table from two months ago and we noticed many damaged spots and changes in color, so we contacted customer service and they replied us that it is not their responsibility, and if we paid 250 euros, they will repaire it, but already we bought the table with 1000 euros and at that moment they told us it is very high quality.
And we trust them with the quality and the guaranty at the moment of purchasing it.
It was a very bad experience and this was the first time we were confronted with an unhelpful team because the reaction from them was that only our problem , and they didn’t answer our other email again. So i feel very upset because I throwed 1000 euro within two months.
I hope no body purchase from this store. All the staff are expensive but the quality is very bad and no quaranty and no helpful team.
Today I got in email from them and also the email was not helpful and useful.
Now they told us that the table is very sensitive and we should protect the table, that is mean it is very bad quality and it is not wood and it is sensitive ( at the moment of purchasing was totally different because they told us it is very good quality and it is wood and it has quaranty.
They told us now we should not use sharp tableware, of course we didn’t use ( we use spoon and fork to eat).
Their reply now means the table is very sensitive and not good quality.
And they are ready to pick up the table but we should pay, that is mean within two months I paid the cost of the table and I will pay extra for repairing and this is not our responsibility,that is due to the bad quality, that is not solution.
I Feel really very very upset.
I will add another comment, they are lying, because no body contact me and we didn’t discuss that with telephone, I called them self yesterday and the persoon who is responsible was not there. We contact only with e-mail and directly they answered my email with bad answer without giving any chance to discuss that.
They are lying and they are not helpful and they will not saying that the quality of their products are very bad and within one of two months will damage so in this way they will save more money.
It is really very bad experience with them
They called me last Tuesday and they told me they will discuss with the manager and call me back on Friday, and from that day I didn’t receive any call,message or email.
I didn’t expect this reaction from them
This is the worst experience for us.
