Disappointed
Ordered a Mother’s Day card for my mum, the wildflower surprise. I just wish I could upload photos, what I expected was a full blooming beautiful display in a card, what she got was a few pathetic looking flowers with 2 broken off already! Absolutely gutted! I was really looking forward to this gift!
They arrived on the Thursday, are now dead by Saturday so didn’t even make it to Mother’s Day! Time to run out and buy something worth while!
DO NOT waste your money!!

Iced Woofin
I bought 6 woofin’s to celebrate the 1st birthday of the pups from our first litter. All the pups got together for a party and the woofin’s literally were the icing on the cake! They looked amazing and everyone loved them! The pups wolfed them down in seconds! The only thing I will say is that they’re quite crumbly!
They were sent out very quickly and packaged beautifully, in a lovely box but each in individual cupcake boxes too.

I got in touch with YuMOVE 21 days after my first order as it hadn’t arrived. The customer services were straight on it, they put a new order in for me and within 2 days of my first email I received an email to say my order was on its way, the new order arrived the day after!

In other circumstances it could have been 5*
The fox t-shirt looks good but it was bought as a present so I can’t review it fairly! I would have liked to have given 5 stars as the customer service has been really helpful but due to the current circumstances we have been waiting nearly 4 wks for it to arrive when expected time of arrival was given as 7 - 10 days which meant we were late giving this as a gift!

Save money on your energy bills???
I was expecting a decrease in energy bills but it seems to be just the same as edf!
The customer service is better, bulb adjusts payments accordingly so you don’t run up debit

I'm really sorry you have not experienced the savings you expected when you changed from EDF.
I've found your account and can see that we haven't had a reading in a couple months. It may be that our estimates are higher than your actual usage. Which means when we put in a new reading your last bill will be reduced and it will show that you've saved money.
I'm going to send you an email now so we can investigate this further.
