This was our first cruise. We were a little worried after booking when reading reviews that we had made a mistake. However, we thought the MSC Virtuosa was a great ship with amazing staff. The food was to our taste so no complaints about that. It was a lot more crowded on the second week of our cruise and with that did come some passengers who didn’t understand the concept of respect for others in the buffet area. However, we learned the quietest times and used them. We didn’t see any obvious behaviour issues on board as others have so can’t complain. And could always get a sun bed whenever we went to the pool. The ship is beautiful but the staff are the best especially the cabin attendants and the pool guys they work so hard. We would on our experience recommended this ship to others.

Mirror and weights came by date given. Excellent product I am really enjoying using it . Gives good workout enough to feel it afterwards. Hoping to see some warm up & cool down exercises added soon. Expensive but worth it for me not to have to go to an overcrowded gym. Happy customer.
