Order number #11637

Paid for the mirror, bench and dumbbells on 27th September 2025. They have delivered the Mirror and the dumbbells on 2nd October. However, the bench was missing. I emailed the customer service team on 3rd October and, as of 15th October, there is no reply.

The way I see this is they took my money but have not delivered the goods. I will be taking legal action.

Update on 16th October: Magic got in touch and arranged a delivery of the bench. Pity I had to resort to writing a 1-star review. Clearly they mean well but internal systems and processes need fixing.

I have had my mirror since Christmas and managed to lose 3st with it. I recommend the mirror to everyone. It's convenient and fantastic for space as it is just a mirror. Fantastic product

I absolutely LOVE my Magic Mirror, dumbbells and Bench. The quality alone is excellent. I have my mirror mounted on the wall and it is even a very nice feature in my room. The bench is so strong and sturdy and not heavy to move. The legs fold down to make it a stepper also. The dumbbells are so compact so I don’t have my bedroom like a gym with different sizes cluttering it up. The mirror has a lot of different exercises and the Trainor’s definitely put me through my paces. The customer service team alone also stands out for me. It’s very hard to come across good customer service but this company’s is excellent. Very prompt responses with any questions I had. The delivery was also super fast and the delivery men even lifted all my equipment into my bedroom for me too. I would highly recommend MagicFit to anyone.

As a lady of 53 , strength training is key. I have used the gym all my life but never really used it correctly. But the mirror has changed my life.

I never thought I’d be excited about going home to weight train.

It’s something that can be done in 15 minutes to 45 minutes the choice is yours.

There are lots of trainers to use and Magic are always adding new classes or you can make your own. Not having to pay a monthly subscription is a bonus.

You can have up to 5 users on the mirror which is great so it’s a real family thing.

I feel like I have a personal trainer at the click of a button. Being able to train when you want and for how long you want is fantastic where as if you had a PT you still have a time slot, and if you had to cancel your slot with your PT you may will have to pay.

I go running a lot but it’s so nice to think I can go home and finish my exercises by doing a workout. I never in a million years would ever think I’d be excited about doing this

I would truly recommend this mirror. I wish this mirror had been out years ago . A ) it would have saved me money on going to the gym
B) I think I’d be much stronger and muscles if I had started earlier

But it’s never too late to learn and doing it in the comfort of your own is fantastic

We also purchased the weight. Again fantastic. They save space in the room and the quality is fantastic. I would also recommend these too.

My mirror was delivered Saturday . I must say I’m well impressed with it. The classes are amazing and it so addictive. Best thing ever bought . I’ve used it everyday since I got it

From ordering my mirror to delivery and aftercare have all been excellent

I am a 53 year old female and have used the gym for all my life, but not to its best potential. What I mean by this is that I have never been confident to use the weights and do core exercises in front of anyone. Time was also am issue, what with work/family commitment etc

I have been saying to my husband that I want a PT, but of course they cost mega money and again, if I was working late, I wouldn’t be able to use the session but could still be charged.

If I asked my husband and son to show me arm exercises which they would, but no sooner they have shown me and left the room for me to get on with it, I have forgotten what I was doing. (Yes you can say it, it's my age!)

I have also watched many “youtube” exercises – which of course are free, but again, I was trying to do the exercises at the speed of the instructor, so sometimes, I wasn’t able to keep up or was getting the technique incorrect.

So, when I saw the Magic Mirrow advertised on Face Book, I (well my husband!) was a little sceptical, but thought, we wouldn’t know what it is like if we don’t order one – I also sold it to him with the 30 day trail!!!

Like I say, for me it does what it says on the tin!!!

The mirror is lovely, when not in use, it’s a lovely looking mirror

The concept is fantastic, it is like having your own personal trainer living in your house. I can use when I like for how I long I like. They have classes ranging from 15 minutes to 45 minutes and you can also put a programme together yourself.

They have beginners classes to advanced classes. Something for all.

What is even better, there is no monthly subscription fee and you can add upto 5 users.

There are some little glitches, ie, sometimes the mirror doesn’t pick up your movement, but I just press next – I don’t let it bother my work out.

I am approaching my 90th work out and feel as though my core/physique has changed.

I say to myself “well that if you never got the mirror, that 90 more sessions you wouldn’t have done”, so that always puts a smile on my face and I believe “your only get out what you put in”

I have had a few quick questions to ask about the mirror and I just emailed the team and their response was very good.

I wish this mirror had been round years ago cause I wouldn’t have wasted all that money on a gym membership

Read about these in men’s health magazine, I had been researching adjustable dumbbells for a while then decided on these . So happy with them and so easy to use , build quality is excellent. 1000% recommend .

Do i ? Don't I ? I dithered for weeks but God I wish I had made the purchase earlier. What a great bit of kit. I went the full hog in the end and had the dumbbells and bench as well. I've just completed my 40th session on the Magic AI whoop Whoop 🥳 Yes I have a few niggles about it but boy I'm so pleased I took the plunge. The one thing I had to my advantage was that I had been really watching what I had eaten for the last 10 months and that led me to losing about 16 kg overall, trust me that's a humongous plus from the start. Now don't think for one moment that this Magic AI and its exercise regimes will allow you to continue to consume the same amount of calories that you always munch your way through every day! No no mama that ain't gonna work and it's not a quick fix by any means you're not going to do a week of classes and suddenly wake up the following week with a six pack proudly standing to attention, no matter how much you breathe in and twist your torso in front of the mirror either ! (Yes we have all done that ) It takes consistency and dedication to get to that coveted level remember good things come to those that wait. So earlier in the year I had started to do YouTube keep fit each day you know the ikea cheaper option, but after a while interest dwindled as no feedback or tips on how I should be doing any exercise. Whereas this mirror seems to have it all. First of all, I couldn't get over by just hearing my name being said in the after-class pep talk how much good that does to my self-esteem, yes I know it's all very clever algorithms that this mirror has tucked away up in its sleeves. But Wow, just Wow from going from the ex-wife talking down at me all the time for God knows how many years, to the simple "Well done Tim your smashing it " That is such a boost I'm almost ashamed to admit that just writing that bit in this review is making me well up. (Stop chopping onions i hear you say ! But alas I'm in the bath just chilling and spilling to you lot ). Explore all the different types of classes that are offered and also there are new ones posted now and then, try something new, push yourself go on I dare you... Join the FB group for Magic AI owners, as should you need help with something then it won't be long before someone gives a usually very helpful response. So I had mentioned a few niggles at the beginning.... OK so now and then the tracker fails to spot a movement that you have just done perfectly (well in your opinion) or it tells you that your using the wrong arm, or a particular pet hate its telling you to go higher or go lower, the latter one being a personal hate as I'm a short arse in the first place 😆 But these are what I would class as minor first World problems. Another annoyance is that some of the class exercises are not tracked which is fine, but then you have to get up and press the next exercise button and then reposition yourself back on the floor again to proceed 🙄 We have suggested voice promt or remote control to the management, but we will just have to wait and see. So to sum it all up overall.... Stop dithering and do it, I can't imagine for a minute that you will be sorry. (Sore yes but definitely not sorry ) 👍🤗💪

I was slightly apprehensive about spending so much money on a mirror. You do see a lot of fads on the Internet and social media however as soon as I got ot up and running I knew this was a well made piece of kit. I bought the weights and bench at the same time (Im glad I did because they're both really useful for using the mirror as opposed to tonnes of dumbells taking up space). What i like is that you can customise your workouts to be as long or difficult as you'd prefer or make several for working on different parts of your body. Im only scratching the surface at the minute as there are literally hundreds of things ive not even tried as of yet. The beauty of this thing is that it is convenient to do whenever you find the time without driving to a gym or waiting for equipment to be free. I already had a punch bag, multigym, crosstrainer but find i am using the mirror more than anything else now.
As someone who loves a statistic, I love that i can see how many workouts ive completed, how many calories ive burnt etc. It even has a body scanner which compliments my smart scale and smart watch for extra information.

Having had very high blood sugars at the years end (im type 2 diabetic), I decided this year if was going to do something about it. Now im not going to let the mirror take all the credit but it has been instrumental in my hba1c (blood sugars)dropping from the mid 80s to 48 which is almost pre-diabetic levels. With the mirror, changes in diet and lots of effor, ive also dropped 2 shirt sizes and 2 stone since NYE. Im in the best shape of my life at the old age of 46. I wish I had done this sooner.

So , if you are sitting on the fence with buying one.... Just do it. You can thank me later. If I can go from 17 stone to 15 in under 12 months then anyone can. (ive only had the mirror about 6 months).

I am really enjoying the freedom the mirror gives me. I can do a simple 15,20,30,45 min workout depending on what time I have available.
It easy.to use and has a variety of different workouts including yoga and dance as well as upper, lower and core body training.

I received delivery of my Magic Mirror this week, very excited, having placed my order just last week. I have only tried the beginner's level so far and have found the mirror to be really easy to use. Super excited about the next sessions.

I haven’t actually received my mirror yet but had several conversations with customer service regarding my order. Everything was resolved satisfactorily. I am now waiting for my mirror and excited to be part of Magic Fit team!!

The dumbbells are just as good as they look, sleek, smart and perfect for a home gym. They save so much space, look great and allow me to have a great work out at home. Excellent service. Really quick delivery. Great experience all round.

Loving my new Magic Mirror!
I purchased this following a recommendation from a work colleague. Although there was an initial expected delay, my mirror arrived within a couple of weeks. 2 months later, I'm still motivated as I set up a weekly 3 x session strength program and can then slot in more whenever I want. There's a few teething problems as with everything new, but I'm excited to be getting stronger. Looking forward to pilates arrival to ai, and also would love to try some martial arts and maybe some step classes! I purchased the amazing bench and magic dumbells too. All are of excellent quality, and I highly recommend.

Having your own personal trainer in your home has helped me progress naturally. The different exercises you can do on it, is fantastic. Would highly recommend to others to buy one.
