I want to comment on the Property Management platform at Knight Frank in London, in particular I would like to commend Emma Soanes who manages rental property for us. True to say that Emma's excellent management of our affairs is one of the various reasons that we turn to Knight Frank. Not only is she responsive, highly experienced and efficient, she is always happy to take on more tasks that crop up in managing our property.... it is a cause of considerable comfort to us to have Emma on our case!

The return of the entire contents of our flat was handled in one day by the most incredible team. They continually went out of their way to be helpful, whilst being very efficient in bringing up boxes and furniture items and placing them where we wanted them, courteous, respectful and friendly. I was very particular about ensuring floor protector pads on the heavy furniture... and the team worked with us to make sure everything was done correctly. They were very patient and were very respectful of our property.

We had John, Sean, Sol and Sam on the job that day... and I cannot commend them highly enough. Utterly first class job and a great team.

Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback as I as delighted by the service visit this past week. Firstly, I was impressed when I first called to be told that an engineer could be at the flat within the next 45 minutes! Secondly, as it happened, the engineer came at precisely the agreed time the next morning (which was more convenient for me). He was extremely punctual, respectful, polite, very knowledgeable and indeed very patient when explaining the issue and the remedies.... he also then provided an explanation of the layout and functions of the entire heating and boiler system to me. I was very pleased and appreciative, and Pimlico Plumbers now have a very loyal new customer! Thank you
