Review of Voneus Broadband

If you have another option, take it.

We have had little or no internet service from Voneus for weeks. In fact since they took over SWS the service has been flaky at best. They have not responded or even acknowledged any of the many many emails and voice mail messages telling them about the problems. Even threats to go to the Ombudsman has not provoked a reaction. Absolutely shocking 'service'.
We are not alone, everyone I have spoken to re Voneus has had the same reaction of frustration and anger.
If you have any other option I would advise you to take that option.

I am very sorry to hear we have let you down on this occasion and the experience attempting to get your issue resolved has left you feeling frustrated.

I had a look and can see that a case you raised regarding slow speeds which later turned into an offline issue is yet to be resolved even after your latest contact today.

We are working hard to improve our overall customer experience and it is disappointing to know we have not been able to deliver a better service on this occasion, however your feedback helps us to reinforce the focus on the areas we need to improve.

I have asked for one of the team to respond to your latest contact within the next 24 hours and I will follow up with them to ensure all your concerns have been addressed.

Regarding comments on Linkedin, we use Trust Pilot as the main platform to flag and respond to all customer feedback and as you can see by looking through the reviews, in most cases we respond to customer reviews within 24 hours.
