After my review on 6th February 'Juan'…

After my review on 6th February 'Juan' from Voneus said in reply:
"......I have asked for one of the team to respond to your latest contact within the next 24 hours and I will follow up with them to ensure all your concerns have been addressed."
Needless to say nobody has contacted me 5 days later. No surprise there then.
It seems 'Juan' promises very similar words to most unfavourable reviews with very similar results to mine no doubt.
Check out the one star reviews if you want to know what is really going on with this companies customer services/complaints department, if it actually exists.
