Classic yodel delivery

Notified delivery would not be made and to contact sender, found parcel following morning by front door, checked cctv and ring doorbell, delivery dumped by front door ,driver did not knock or ring the Doorbell just left it walked off . Nice

Dead Plants

Ordered 40 Lobelia , not the most complicated of plants - every single one dead on arrival
Sent photos as requested , heard diddly squat since , no reply to emails
Go to a garden centre jnstead too many online so called garden centres selling junk

Avoid

Terrible, so used this company a year ago and they were truly awful, missed deliveries, missed re deliveries, dead plants, you name it, so I thought I’d give them a second chance, silly silly me , order a border, picked my delivery day, nothing turns up again, amazingly I did get a reply from the usually unresponsive email address, they said it hadn’t been picked in error, so it would be shipped that day and delivered on the Friday , as a gesture of good will they would refund the whole cost, now that’s very kind and they didn’t need to do that, which is probably why they didn’t, I’ve neither received any plants or had a refund , lies lies and lies

awful conpany

Awful company- couldn’t be more helpful when you need to return an item, quick email replies - keen to get your £16 repair money - stone silence ever since item was signed for delivery over a week ago

As this was a gift I guess they see it as £200 easy money

That's disheartening to hear you feel that way. As I'm sure you know we are in the absolute heat of Christmas trying to fullfill orders. We are a very small and family owned business of less than 15 employees. The same team that handles our customer service also handles our RMA's. Repairs will take about 10 business days to process through Dec 25th. We will resume our normal turn around time frame's for RMAs there after with the exception of our company holiday on January 1. We do our very best to help all our customers so please we hope you understand and appreciate you being patient while we try to get through the Holidays :)

Sent completely different plant to what was ordered – ignored all emails so I’m stuck with something I don’t need or want £50 worth

Don’t tell them the date you need your car by
They will give you a date within these dates, take your deposit then add 8 weeks on for delivery

At this point all communication stops when they couldn’t be quick enough when getting your business

I'm very sorry to hear of your disappointment with service and goods on this occasion. I can see we replied to your email of 4th March chasing the order, with the courier's tracking information, and that the parcel was delivered on 5th March. My sincere apologies that you emailed us again after 4th March and did not receive a reply. I've looked into this and for some reason the emails had been filed so I can only further say sorry; we'd never knowingly ignore customer correspondance. As you've mentioned the plants were not in good condition upon receipt, of course we'll ensure you're refunded in full now.
