Its on the verge of lawyer time

Its on the verge of lawyer time, you are refusing to take my payoff payment for my mortgage despite following all you hoops and hurdles. Every day I am calling in for hours at time trying to get you to fix your errors. As a 30 year member I AM DONE WITH YOU !

Actions warrant criminal investigation, plain and simple

After making what would be a substantial final principal payment thru their "Approved and Designed" payment portal, and making a final payoff payment by "WIRE ONLY" as requested, it is suspect that they would "mysteriously" have an issue with the routing of the payment and cancel and silently reverse the payment without and advisory issued. When I attempted, politely, to ask the Cenlar representative to explain why, the phone call we will say "dropped." At a BARE minimum, Baxter Credit Union owes it to me, to conduct a full investigation into this and hold Cenlar accountable for anything they find.

Absolute scam, they appear to be in bed with WooCommerce and make it an absolute nightmare to get your money processed efficiently, now they are locked into my business bank account and am trying to cancel their service with no success.

They will give you your money, if they want to.

I run a neighborhood site that allows subscriptions behind the login screen, because they cant come in and audit it they choose to suspend the account and hold the funds hostage. Luckily I only did a test transaction so I am only out $12 but now to have to bring the credit card company in now to dispute it all, real pain in the butt. Staying with PayPal on this one and Woo, will never be my choice on other websites in the future.

As a member for almost 30 years their service has gone to absolute crap, unexplained charges, hard to get in touch with support and when you do they always have a snappy response, website so cluttered you have to make notes of where to go to get things done.

After insurance this comes out at $100 per hour to talk to a doctor over the phone. Then they cancelled my appointment a few hours before the appointment but said I would have to pay $30 if I cancelled, sooooo I am expecting my $30.

I bought shed on a promotion of 6 months no interest, but Tuff Shed apparently sold the financing to Service Finance Company LLC and from day 1 I am now accruing some type of incredible interest rate, a $206 payment only creditted $113 to principal and $92 to interest.

They have drained the money out of my account in "fees" for an account I forgot I had, now that there is not enough money to drain out for another monthly fee they send me an email that "Heads Up–Your Aspiration Account Balance is Getting Low"

Active Aspiration customers are not subject to any mandatory fees, and making as little as one transaction in 6 months is enough to avoid an inactivity fee. You really need to work on maintaining customer relationships and your bonus program, you send me an email that my bonus money expired today, why not send it last week suggesting I make a purchase. Beyond that it says it expires February 13, 2024, but in the USA it is still February 13, 2024 so how have they expired? Very poor marketing skills.

I dont recall that I was purchasing a subscription based software and I deliberately stay away from them but today I got this "As of 2025, all of our products have now moved to subscription services. But don't worry – we'll continue to honor your maintenance-based pricing until at least 2030, and you'll have access to new versions of Snagit while your subscription is active. Here's a reminder of what that means for you"

in an email and now I dont understand what I bought.

Bait and switch or smoke and mirrors, either way I am not a satisfied customer right now.

Attempted to reconnect as requested below, and Nia from 140 11th Ave. N. | Nashville, TN 37203 O: 1.866.397.6496 was quick to ignore me on that communication as well. As of today claim is still pending with no end in sight.

Asurion with Amazon has completely stopped, you can no longer complete online, chat support is useless, they say they are completing your claim but then you get endless emails saying they need more paperwork and everytime you try to submit it resets.

Apparently you can no longer access…

Apparently you can no longer access your active policies on the asurion.com website and they expect you to keep track of them independently. I have tried logging in and both times attempted to get chat support and both refused to assist me.

The last communication I had was "We are unable to provide answers regarding the online portal, you can send in a message to the back office that handles the Online portal."
