Flights themselves were good however both flights were delayed. More importantly there were no announcements/info relating to this, in particular the return flight where there was no staff at boarding gate to explain why or how long flight was delayed & monitor still showed flight on time.

I had a few problems ordering online so contacted Charles Clinkard by phone. Lady couldn’t have been more helpful. Order was quick & efficient - both pairs of sandals arrived fairly quickly and so pleased with them and the sale price, I kept both pairs.

Check in was very organised with plenty of staff. Flight was on time & comfortable. Staff very professional and friendly.

Becky was most helpful and highlighted a couple of schemes available to me as a retired civil servant. It was absolutely seamless contacting & joining CSSC in order to access their scheme. Compared to other insurance providers I have recently contacted she took the time to investigate options and was very empathetic.

Excellent service. Quick Delivery & Good price. Bra I ordered was one I’ve been wearing for years. I’ve recently had a serious illness & lost a lot of weight so, starting to gain weight, I’m having to increase my bra (cup) size regularly & consequently seem to be buying a new bra every month. This is second time I’ve bought from this company.

Good communication both prior & during service. My husband chose to wait while the car was being serviced and it was completed before the timeframe given. It was cleaned and vacuumed. All in all good service.

I contacted Admiral after receiving the renewal notice from existing insurer to see if they could better the price for the same or better cover for home insurance. I was pleasantly surprised by level of cover and price quoted which saved me £40 on home insurance. Although I was very happy with my previous company they couldn’t better Admiral’s price. Admiral’s representative was very helpful and worked patiently to explain everything. She gave me time to consider the information and rang me back when promised when I accepted terms.

The 2 guys (SP300T) were excellent in handling and installing our large fridge freezer. Friendly with good humour. Also, very impressed with communication provided detailing progress and timing of delivery.

Wasn’t sure of the colour of this Joules jacket (Italian Plum) but when it arrived and I tried it on I loved it. The style of the jacket, quite fitted, is just what I was after, the quality is excellent and at a great price. Delivery very prompt. Very satisfied with purchase.
