I have used pure gusto for over 15 years and the service it gives now is so far removed from the hit and miss you got back then , the quality has always been the best but they now have deliver a first class service in other areas of the business ... well done .

the fact that the ordering process easy and straightforward and the company is good with top quality products all very very good , what let's it all down is your constant badgering wanting me to order more before I have even started using the good's I had received ?? , which is only going to annoy me to the point where great stuff or not I will not use it .

I have decided to remain with octopus on a fixed rate , I have been a customer since they were a small company , and whilst I think they are not as customer focused as they once were they are still supporting green energy , and seem the best of a bad bunch that are more interested in growing the company and making money . disgruntled , disabled , O.A.P .

great offers and promotions also customer service has improved 10 fold , still let's it's self down by over complicated offers designed to catch the customer out

I have bought a few things from ideal recently so not sure which one this applies to , but every purchase has been excellent with first class information on the process to the delivery notifications and the goods have been good value at very good prices .

first time ordering from this company , they kept me very well informed at each stage of the delivery by email ,order was delivered in two parts but I was kept informed , perfect.

we were out doing some shopping and had gone into have a look at carpets as we doing work on our house and will be needing one in the future , the friendly staff offered help if required but did not pressure us to buy , we did see a carpet we liked but I explained to the lady it was to early to buy as we were still having work done but she assured me they could keep the carpet in the store until we were ready for it so we went ahead and ordered it they sent out a man to measure up the room as we didn't have the sizes the staff instore were very helpful nothing was a bother to them and the process was a good experience , I would shop there again for sure .

very good service , ordered a load of decking boards online for a job at my house ,order was confirmed and they contacted me the next day to say when it would be delivered , got delivered couple of days latter as agreed , driver was very obliging reversed lorry into my drive and placed the boards where I wanted , other delivery drivers refuse and do a kerbside drop so very very happy with the delivery and materials

received a phone call just before 9 this morning the man say's the fitters that were coming to install your French doors have called in sick ... but we have another squad they are finishing a job and should be with you between 12 and 1 , ok I said thinking they will struggle to get the job done in daylight as it needs the wall cut out and removed to fit the new doors ,but KEV and ALAN turned up at 12.30 and KEV assured me they would be finished before 4 , true to his word they worked nonstop explaining they job in detail and allowing us to take photo's as the job progressed to meet the building warrant requirements , 2 nicer guys you could not hope to meet ,answering all our stupid questions with a smile and doing an excellent job in the process they are a credit to Advanced and I would be delighted to have them back if I need any more windows or doors replaced in fact I would ask for them to do it ....... the job was finished and site cleaned up by 3.45 , if I could give 10 stars I would , don't know how much they get paid but it's not enough .

always a joy when Ivan delivers a parcel for me as he is such a nice and genuine person who takes pride in doing a good job ,most other delivery drivers could learn a lot in customer service from this man , whatever you are paying him it's not enough a credit to your company ,someone who works hard and actually cares about his customers .

the delivery , for pick up at my local sports direct took far to long , and no option to track so you are left in limbo , why can an item being sent by a supplier not be included in the order and sent to the local store otherwise you have to pay two delivery charges , not good customer service

buying the policy was simple and straightforward ,very easy to deal with ,only thing that lets sun life down is the constant bombardment with e-mails even after you have purchased a policy .

I messed up with my order , did not realize I had to enter a code to get my discount , thinking it would be deducted automatically at checkout , after placing the order I called customer services and they sorted it out and refunded the money onto my card no questions asked ,order arrived next day , the goods were top quality as usual from Lovehoney so five stars for five star service from a five star company .
