My transaction was excellent. There was a significant bit of downtime while the middleman updated their game, but that isn't the end of the world. Overall, they were beneficial and professional.

Overall bad experience
Overall bad experience, couldn't verify my account because I live abroad and my ID doesn't match my phone number but this is acceptable as the platform can decide what they do. The problem is that during the verification process they have taken my data hostage ! Photo of my ID despite lack of verification couldn't be removed by 3rd party company they using despite multiple requests, and website itself holds your data for way longer then needed stating its needed in case there is dispute against me ... On top of that support was very dismissive of European regulations regarding data removal and overall unpleasant. Do not recommend
Ps: since there is a reply below. Somehow despite providing all information they cannot find any data for my actual name and simply divided my email into 2 parts and claim they cannot find it. So now not only do they keep data for no reason but also cannot track it. You just proved that your support is inadequate.

Unfair Seller Protection and Biased Dispute Resolution
EpicNPC Sellers Beware – Buyer Spent 37K Crystals, Still Got Refund
my Swgoh ally code 187649224
I sold my SWGOH account through EpicNPC’s middleman service. The middleman’s own video shows my account had 75,100 crystals at the time of sale. After the buyer took control, the account was returned to me with only 38,100 crystals left — meaning the buyer spent nearly 37,000 crystals while using it.
Despite this, the buyer filed a PayPal dispute, won, and got a full refund. EpicNPC closed the case, stating they cannot force a buyer to keep an account they no longer want. This left me with nothing: the buyer consumed valuable in-game resources and got all their money back.
This reveals a serious flaw: EpicNPC’s “middleman protection” does not protect sellers if a PayPal dispute is filed. Once PayPal refunds the buyer, EpicNPC simply closes the dispute, even if there is clear proof of account usage.
Until EpicNPC recognizes account usage as proof of delivery, sellers risk losing both their money and their digital goods. I cannot recommend the platform to anyone selling high-value accounts.

My account got banned for no reason
Hi everyone ...
My account was banned yesterday all of the sudden for the reason: illegal activities!
I contacted the customer support to understand what's going on, they didn't provide any information. Just told me that i'm involved in illegal activities!
What kind of that illegal activities?
what issue do I have?
nothing, nothing at all.
All my activities is selling youtube accounts! I have never ever had any dispute case open against me!
At least tell me what's the exact issue and i'm willing to resolve it. but how can solve it if you don't even tell me what's the issue or the illegal activities that i'm involved in!
Please I need any customer support to help me on that issue.
I never scam or hurt anyone there, why i'm being treated that way?!
Update:
They answered to the CS ticket with the statement "Previously banned member"
They didn't provide any further information or evidence that I was Previously banned member!
Just a claim without any evidence or backup for it!
My account was verified by ID since I registered, howcome after like a year they found out that my ID belongs to someone else?

I used this website to arrange for…
I used this website to arrange for leveling services on Ascension/Project Epoch. Its considered a RMT offense in doing this and they easily caught the booster. I DO NOT recommend having this done if you value your account! Learn from my mistake and save your account because these guys don't play around.
Overall, very good. Need a bit of patience.

Seller friendly interface too
always buy with a mediator.
The team helped and guided me when a seller sold an account and then it was blocked. They also guided me on how to try to recover the money spent on that purchase.

Great site
Great site, excellent quality support team. I sell alot of accounts and xbox Gamertags with them never any issues 5 star service. Would recommend.
Account banned for no reason
I bought an account and this was my first tranasction here. The transaction was good, I sent the money using Paypal Friends and Family, the seller received the money and I received the account. Just as I was going to write a positive review, I received a message that I was banned (Scammer detected). The seller even posted a screenshot of our chat that confirmed that the transaction went smoothly.
Then I opened a ticket asking about the situation. After the inquiry, the customer service said that I need to show proof that in the last 6 months i have at least 5 positive feedback or reputation system on websites. I don't understand this requirement because I am a buyer (I have never sold anything online) and I sent the money using Paypal Friends and Family so you can't refund (like I said the transaction was good, so that wasn't a problem).
I even sent screenshots of some websites from which i bought things (of course that these websites don't have a feedback / reputation system for buyers) but they said that the ban stands and after 6 months I can appeal again after I build positive feedback on another site. I find the system opaque and unfriendly because of the requirements. Why does it require the buyer to have a positive feedback on different websites when the transaction was good and the seller confirmed it? That means that I will be banned forever because I have no intention on selling stuff on the internet, so I can't receive positive feedback and as a buyer you don't receive positive feedback from the websites you use, you just receive the goods and that's it. But my biggest issue is the fact that I am considered a scammer even though I did nothing wrong.
Update:
You said that during the registration multiple red flags were triggered. I created the account on EpicNPC on July 29. I made the purchase on August 13. If this is what you said, why wasn't the account banned when the red flags were triggered on July 29 instead of August 13. Even more, the fact that I was able to complete the purchase shows a vulnerability of your system. If I really was a scammer then your alert would have been too late.
I have no idea what alarms were triggered given that i registered on a barely used email, in which I was only subscribed to a book newsletter and a freshly made and never used Paypal account. Like I said in the ticket to the customer service I used this email address instead of the one that I use all the time is because I needed to make a new Paypal account given that I couldn't access the old one because I changed my phone number. Also, what kind of scammer would register using an email account that contains his real name, the evidence being in the screenshots that I sent to the customer service.

Terrible Customer Support Experience
EpicNPC by itself is a decent forum with moderation.
However, their Customer Support system can only be called a diaster. My account, a verified one with multiple years of regular use, apparently triggered something on their system after I attempt to change my email. Which promptly lead to an account suspension.
Cool, I thought, maybe we can work this out. But what awaits me is the worst CS experience I ever had (thought I had seen the worst). My inquiry get picked up and I was told my account tripped their detection filters. Not ONE explanation was ever provided on what, why or how this "filter" operates. If you get it, you're finished.
As I attempt to ask for what solution there is, the CS agent told me I need to provide an account on another website that has 10+ feedbacks and active over 6 months. Why? None of that was mentioned in forum rule, nor are there any alternatives. As I ask for other alternatives, the ticket got instantly closed as if the agent is on a KPI run to close as many tickets per day as they can. Any further tickets immediately get closed as I get told to try to appeal again 6-MONTHS later. No excuse, no reasoning, I got slammed the door in my face just because I failed to have another account on another arbitrary website to appeal a ban on EpicNPC. Never have I seen such a requirement, nor have that been written in the forum rule. And the 10+ ratings, really? How does a small time seller even have that many ratings to prove? I thought it's a forum to sell a game account not a physical storefront.
Anyway, it's still a good forum if you're surfing for listings, but god forbid you ever have to contact their CS. Definitely EpicNPC will remain in my book for having the worst CS system.

Updated: After my review went live, I got in contact with CS again and it was supposed to be an incorrect response from epicNPC and my account situation was solved. I wouldn't call this a great experience, but in the end things still get resolved within 24 hours. My rating will reflect the appreciation in their quick response, but it will be neutral.

Shit site
Shit site, you can't even set up an account. They also close tickets without notice and without solving problems. They really don't care about the costumers.
Edit: They ask for a 6 months old account in another seller website with feedbacks, so, if it's the first time you're selling your account then they'll just tell you to fu and reject. They also don't say which are the so called "red flags". In any case, I don't really care if they accept or not, I will never sell any account in their website full of bs and poor costumer service.

Awful Website!!!!!
In 30 years working and using IT of all kinds - THIS is the most difficult website I have come across to use!!!!
It has NO User Friendliness AT ALL!
Every time I have come to do something I have had to google how - and not always found the answer.
It could not get worse than it is!
Update after reply: I do not have an account, I help others. Knowing the account details does not make the review true or false.
The request asked me to give login details to confirm authenticity, rather than to ask what to improve. You got my email for that. Hiding behind semantics yet the site remains the same

Scammed by Moderator"Lottatude"
Was scammed by employee "Lottatude". She approached me on site, after she knew my name on the game, she contacted me there with an offer. I accepted her offer for paypal. she asked for my login details. I gave her because she is a " global moderator" and she scammed my account, blocking me on the game right after receiving my account details. 5000$ worth scam

Banned my account
Made a thread with my account. A couple minutes later received a warning in my account asking to give a video. I provided the video. The next day I found out my guild wars account was banned for breaking the ToS by selling.
I ONLY POSTED MY ACCOUNT ON EPICNPC AND GAVE THE VIDEO TO THE MODERATOR. DO NOT PROVIDE VIDEOS TO ANYONE NOT EVEN MODERATOR, THEY HAVE BAD INTENTIONS. I GOT BANNED LIKE THIS. LOST A 2000$ ACCOUNT

Worst than a bank
After phone verify, ID verify, you are able to post. After being able to post, when you do, you will get spammed by a mod asking you to proof your account. I'v seen banks WAY easier to deal with than this website. Eventually you will never sell your 20$ bucks account, just find an easier site. after all that work you will never get a buyer anyway.
Not to talk about that you are giving all this personal information to a site that facilities something that's illegal. And exposing your ingame name account to some random mod THAT IS NOT EVEN A REAL EMPLOYEE OF THE SITE, risking your account to get banned ingame.
Asking way too much for a site that tries to avoid real company issues by putting middlemans and moderator that are considered "volunteers" but are giving the power of a employee, having the power to ban, disable, see personal information and more. Trying to avoid LEGAL CONSEQUENCES just saying "Oh... they are just volunteers". If they are volunteers they can't have access to 1. PERSONAL INFORMATION; 2. ADMIN POWERS.
