Easy to order, good price, good product.

This was a (several times over) re-order. I've been using HGN wraps for a few years now. One of my hobbies is nail art, but it takes a lot of time and effort, which I'm not always up to. I get the same effect from HGN nail wraps, in a fraction of the time, and they last for ages (as well as being easy to remove). Their points system is an added bonus, as are the spend-point rewards (their glass nail files are amazing). Definitely recommend.

Polite, in time, handed the parcel to me directly (so I didn't have to bend down for it, which I appreciate, as it's fairly heavy and I have a bad back).

I tried the discovery set, and loved Lady Marmalade, and Brown Sugar. I have a lot of sensitivities and allergies, and I am not allergic to either! Even better, neither are my two cats, who also have allergies, which means I can safely wear perfume without worrying about either myself, or my cats, having an allergic reaction to the smell.
I'm so pleased I can wear perfume again, and the scent is soooo long lasting, so it lasts much longer.
As a result, I bought 2x travel size Lady Marmalade, and 1x Brown Sugar, meaning I essentially got one free by using the voucher in the discovery set. I keep a Lady Marmalade in my case, as I travel each month for work, so I can take my favourite scent with me. I will probably be buying a full size Lady Marmalade in the near future.

I love Holy Grail Nail wraps, I use them regularly. I applied the latest set for my birthday. They are really easy to apply, and easily last 2 weeks. The process are great, as it's the points scheme for being a member. I really like the glass nail files.

The two delivery guys were efficient, considerate, made sure everything was cleaned up before they left, and made sure the power recliner functioned. They were careful of the walls etc. whilst bringing in the furniture. They were very polite, and took care in putting everything together, and putting the feet on.

Jack was really helpful and knowledgeable. He gave some really good advice around back support, which helped us find a chair and sofa that worked for us with the space we have. Jacks personal insight was really useful.
Jack also took us to the most supportive and best temperature regulation mattress, and we were happy with that.

The engineer was polite, explained what he was doing, and resolved the issue. He arrived within the time slot.

Steve was lovely, and put the TV where we asked. He rang us half an hour or so before he arrived, to confirm his ETA, and arrived in line with expectations.

The tights fit very well, are comfortable, and great quality. Snag's prices are very reasonable. They always keep you up to date on order progress, and the rights are all prettily, and responsibly, packed in paper bags.

I LOVE snag tights. So comfy, no rolling, very click-resistant, a great range of colours. The shorts for wearing under dresses are such a good investment, it's nice to not have to wear leggings under dresses when it's warmer - or when it's cold for that matter!
