Today I needed to change my registration number on my policy as I was putting a personal plate on retention. I spoke to Cheryl. She was friendly and efficient. A nice person to talk to, but while doing so, updating my policy. Multitasking, something women are good at, and men aren't!

DPD in our area are the best and most reliable delivery company there is by far. They always arrive when they say they're going to arrive.

I spoke to Nizaam today for help with setting up phone registration. He has been amazingly helpful.
He has also temporarily assigned a phone number so we can use our phones before our existing number are ported over.

I can’t praise him highly enough even if he is a South African!!

I am surprised any other delivery company survives with DPD in the market. As always, they delivered bang on time, just as their email says. They have never been late in over 30 deliveries to me. Well done, 5 stars as usual!

We purchased a G Plan sofa recently from SCS.

The delivery and installation guys were Jezza and Max.
