This year I and my wife have check out and in our own car at the parking at least 4 times. I have also renting Topgear cars 5 times this year and every time we meet happy, positive and helpful personal which make our start positiv. It is easy to catch and drop the car without any problem and you save a lot of time with meet & greet. If you get problem just give them a call and they solve it. We have been customer at Topgear parking in 9 years and we can warmly recommend them as renting or parking.

Will arrange your cars ITV and any repairs too and it’s done at a really reasonable price. I’ve been a client for 6 years now and I have never had a single problem with anything, even when on one occasion I could only give them 4 hours notice that I needed the car in the middle of August. Lastly, I know my car is not used in my absence because I used to photograph the mileage and it’s that peace of mind that you get with this company.

The car rental in Mallorca went very well. The shuttle was easily found, polite driver took us to the office and I’ve got the car within 5 minutes. The provided car was better than booked. It was almost new and very clean. There were no issues while driving, everything went well. The overall experience is excellent.

The team at top gear mobility are brilliant, although we had to wait 90mins at arrivals for the rental car due to a back log of delayed flights we were kept well informed of progress and their customer service was fantastic. The car was fine for the price paid and it was an easy process from start to end. I would definitely recommend and use again and hope next time there are no delays.

On our second day in Mallorca, we were involved in an accident when another car drove into our parked vehicle. It was a stressful and upsetting experience — especially with my wife and our six-month-old baby with me.
When I reported the incident to Top Gear Mobility, the response was shockingly cold and dismissive. No one asked whether we were safe or unharmed. Instead, before even hearing the full story, I was immediately told that the accident was my fault. The lack of empathy or basic concern for our wellbeing left us feeling completely unsupported in a moment of genuine distress.
I had paid in advance for zero-excess insurance, expecting peace of mind in exactly this kind of situation. Instead, Top Gear Mobility’s team was unhelpful, aggressive, and utterly lacking in professionalism. Rather than assisting, they seemed intent on blaming me and making an already stressful situation even worse.
The situation deteriorated further when they informed me that the car I had paid for — a Peugeot 3008 automatic (or similar) — would not be provided, and that the only option was a much smaller Renault Clio manual. With a baby, three 20kg bags, and a need for an automatic vehicle, this was clearly not suitable. I politely requested a refund, only to be met with hostility and aggression over the phone. The representative complained that it was “my fault,” that they now had to pay for the damage, and even suggested I had no right to request a refund — despite the fact that I had paid upfront for ten days.
When I checked their website, I discovered that the same car I had originally booked was still listed as available for rent — proving that what I had been told was untrue. When I contacted them again to point this out, I was told we were “negligent” and that they would not provide any replacement vehicle at all — even though they had offered one (albeit smaller and unsuitable) just the day before.
This entire experience left us stranded, distressed, and deeply disappointed. We were treated with complete disregard and a total lack of compassion. What should have been a simple resolution became one of the most frustrating and upsetting customer experiences I have ever had.

A very positive experience with this rental agency in Mallorca! Everything went smoothly and conveniently. Upon arrival at the airport, a van picks you up at the meeting point and takes you to the agency. There was a short wait, but nothing too long.
On site, the formalities are quick and the staff is really friendly and professional. The vehicles are recent, in excellent condition, and very pleasant to drive. A real plus: comprehensive insurance is included in the price, which allows you to leave with peace of mind and without stress.
Another super practical detail: the agency provides free umbrellas for customers—a real bonus in the middle of summer under the Mallorcan sun!
The return journey is just as simple: you're taken back to the meeting point after returning the car. I highly recommend this agency for its quality of service, transparency, and efficiency.

Very happy with the car provided and overall experience during pick up was very fast, easy and straight forward.
This was our first time using the company so I did not realise that 15 min is not enough if you need to setup your satnav so next time the pickup request will be from car parking.
Overall I definitely recommend this company. Very friendly staff.

Great car, great service, great value.
It’s easy to be anxious about the car collection and drop off process when you are using a service provider without on-airport facilities.
But TopGear couldn’t have made the process any simpler. I landed at the airport, collected my bags, called TopGear, they answered immediately, they directed me to the collection/drop off point (outside Departures, by Starbucks), I walked over to meet them and within 5 minutes, I was in the car and on the way to my holiday apartment.
This was actually much quicker and easier than any of the other ‘main’ branded on site car hire companies I have used before. It was better value too, with zero excess, at additional cost but still much much cheaper than competitors and also zero deposit.
Would definitely use TopGear again. Thank you.
