Ordered a Certina DS Podium as a Birthday present. Firstly the watch is great and price extremely competitive. Unfortunately the delivery process was horrendous. Should have arrived next day. It was apparently posted but the tracking number given was a glitz on the system and my watch seemingly posted elsewhere? I appreciate problems can arise, however it took 7hrs to sort out with initially customer service blaming Royal Mail. Because of passing the blame I was told to speak with Royal Mail. Not great customer service and in the end it wasn't their fault. The whole delivery process meant it was late for the Birthday celebrations. Have ordered in the past without any issues, however was not impressed this time around.

Got a great deal and basically got a Next Day Delivery as delivery was early. Incredibly in these days with Covid19. Watch is excellent - Orient Commuter white dial- communication was great, would definitely buy again.

Paypal still works in the 1980's everything takes days, 3 days to 21days. Even when you do everything right and let's say buyer has confirmed delivery it still takes them at least 24 hrs to release funds. Wake up PayPal we are in 2020. Don't hold onto our money!
