It was a very good company. I had 4 loans with them all paid to date and now they tell me my affordability isn't up to their standard for just one loan? My circumstances and credit score have gone up since having 4 loans with them so make of it what you will.... However proceed with caution.

Per Payl8r reply - I have no idea how payl8r do their affordability checks. My income has risen and my expenditure is down...Anyway I won't be using them again.

I think this was probably a one off, but I have to give my review per my experience. I ordered a Seiko watch for a Christmas present on the 22nd December. Paid for postage for it to arrive on the 23rd. It came with a bundle, necklace and earrings. My Postman delivered a small package on the 23rd.....It was just the bundle necklace. Called customer service and was told I would receive a refund for delivery and my order didn't look like it had gone on the system. So finally received my full order and the earrings on the 28th December. Never received the extra postage I paid back. When I called on the 27th, customer service blamed one of the stores for not packing the order correctly. The Jewel Hut is part of TH Baker and I expected more. Why send part of a promotion bundle and not the whole order? Still do not understand this?

I have bought many watches from the WatchShop over the years. I bought an Elliot Brown Heritage Diver and was overcharged by £85. When I realised and looked at the website the WatchShop had the price at the correct retail. I had even checked with Elliot Brown themselves. When I emailed them I was given no explanation whatsoever and their customer service representative Stuart said only that I had been charged the correct amount and wouldn't get a partial refund.
Poor email and service. They have lost my custom for sure. The motive of this review is to double check their prices with a fine tooth comb before you press to purchase.

The service is 5 Star + and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a watch they have in stock. My last purchase was a Tag Heuer Link Chronograph 'Jason Bourne' which was mint!

From ordering to delivery was very smooth. The ring ordered was as described however it is advertised as a branded ring but came without paperwork and in a plain box?

Omega Aqua Terra arrived quickly and the watch itself is as described on the website. Shame the full set came without a pillow in the box. However overall I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you.

I love the current range of CW watches. This order took less than 24hrs to arrive. I would recommend to anyone to pay the extra on the Next Day delivery service. I purchased the C63 Sealander GMT ,black dial. What an awesome watch. You may think black is a boring dial colour, but this black is so pure matte black it stands out. Really clear to read everything on the dial. Great size at 39mm too. Lume is bright and lasting. Great watch!

Watch arrived very quickly. Amazing presentation, and great looking watch. I purchased the grey white dial on the green fire hose. Perfect combo and very comfortable to wear.
Customer services took a little longer to get back to me regarding my order then I expected, however this was a glitz. Highly recommended!

I have bought a number of watches from Chris at Wetherby watches, and all of them are better than described. The service to after service is brilliant. They definitely believe in building relationships and that and the good selection of watches brings me back. The latest purchase , a Tag Heuer Link, is a bit old Skool but looks brand new. Everything came with it. Very happy all round.

Although I have given 5*, I wish to say that the overall ordering to delivery process didn't quite live up to expectation. I would recommend to everyone spending the extra on shipping. However the intervention of Katie Howard (Customer Service Manager) saved the day as otherwise I would have hovered around the 3/4* rating. Extremely professional, took action and delivered on her promises.
Also the C60 Sapphire is awesome!
