I have bought many watches from the WatchShop over the years. I bought an Elliot Brown Heritage Diver and was overcharged by £85. When I realised and looked at the website the WatchShop had the price at the correct retail. I had even checked with Elliot Brown themselves. When I emailed them I was given no explanation whatsoever and their customer service representative Stuart said only that I had been charged the correct amount and wouldn't get a partial refund.
Poor email and service. They have lost my custom for sure. The motive of this review is to double check their prices with a fine tooth comb before you press to purchase.
