I think this was probably a one off, but I have to give my review per my experience. I ordered a Seiko watch for a Christmas present on the 22nd December. Paid for postage for it to arrive on the 23rd. It came with a bundle, necklace and earrings. My Postman delivered a small package on the 23rd.....It was just the bundle necklace. Called customer service and was told I would receive a refund for delivery and my order didn't look like it had gone on the system. So finally received my full order and the earrings on the 28th December. Never received the extra postage I paid back. When I called on the 27th, customer service blamed one of the stores for not packing the order correctly. The Jewel Hut is part of TH Baker and I expected more. Why send part of a promotion bundle and not the whole order? Still do not understand this?
