Would give them 0 if possible, I have received a letter stating that I owe them £170 for leaving my vehicle at Stanstead airport, I have not received any notification from Stanstead airport, they sent a letter which i received on 26/09, the letter was dated 10th SEpt and stated if i did not respond to them before 24th September legal action would be taken. I tried to call them to state i had not receieved any correspondence from stanstead or any other company, however after 2 hours waiting on thephone to no answer i gave up and sent confirmation of original parking paid plus a request for them to contact me. Suffice to say they have not contacted me and now receieved anotherletter dtaed 2nd october (received 14th Oct) stating legal action will commence if they have not heard from me within 7 days. Looking at their website it talks about ethical, sustainability and care what a load of rubbish. Again been on hold for 30 minutes no answer, only option every 30 seconds is thank you for holding a agent will be with you shortly or press one at any time to pay the bill......terrible company.

It was extremely easy to open, account was active within an hour and received debit card nice and quickly.

I moved to XLN in April, move went well. Unfortunately since then it has been terrible, firstly they added an insurance policy to my contract without me asking, then when I requested to remove it they offered me two months free, ok I thought. Contacted them when they had started to bill me for it and requested it be removed this was after waiting for at least 40 minutes for a customer service representative to answer the phone. He then tried to get me to keep the product which I stated that I did not want, he said he would remove the product….so following months bill it is still there….as I write this I have been on hold for 30 minutes, it is obvious they have only one representative working as the caller in the queue number only moves every ten minutes. No online chat available, terrible service.DO NOT USE THEM.
