Five stars to the team & Jack Short, when they got here we realized I wasn't aware of any digging or drilling, they spoke to the office to sort it out & helped me getting advice from my landlord.
Jack was super friendly, put plastic covers over his boots & cleaned everything after the installation. He also explained what to do when I receive the router from my provider which was massively appreciated! Even though he's allergic to cats, he was really friendly with mine, thank you so much!

My experience with Caspian so far has been really positive, I've been lucky enough to deal with Robbie who managed to get me the best quote for my income insurance based on my current situation.
He has been patient & professional throughout the whole process and tried to explain all the terms & conditions as best as he could.
I would use Caspian services again just for the Customer Service & assessment I have received so far, recommended.

Not gonna lie, not all the products I’ve tried from MyProtein are great, HOWEVER, when companies do something right, I believe they deserve some credit.
Shipping was brilliant, literally next day, even though we ordered late afternoon.
Products, I would say 8/10 are really good.
Customer service, when I needed them, they were understanding and helpful at the time, but I haven’t dealt with them recently.
MyProtein always has offers & collabs, that’s why my partner & I keep using them.
I wish they had some sort of MyProtein loyalty app to get points/rewards after certain amount of orders placed/pounds spent.

I really like InPost UK, not just for the fact that they have the label-free service, so you just stick your parcel in the box and up you go, but also because they keep you updated all the way through.

I have to admit, I can’t stress enough how sceptical I was about this product and the amount of positive reviews I found online, plus how suspicious it looked after seeing tik tok & IG mentions everywhere… so I got sick of it and decided to give it a try for the price, which was less than £20!
I have before & after pictures and I hate admitting it but… it did worked for me.
I have been using it twice per day most of the times for like, 3 months I’d say (from November 2023), and after getting a LVL treatment, I took pictures from my previous LVL and my last one after 3 months using Scorolash serum.
I can’t promise it’ll work for everyone, but for me, a person who struggles with hair growth, this is a must have from now on!

I have to admit I didn’t expect it to ship that fast. The reason why I ordered was because I have a concert soon and they had some designs available so I gave it a go, and I’m happy with it, I still need to wash it and see how it goes, however, they’re a bit pricey, I just hope the quality stays as good as it looks! Very easy to follow the instructions, however, the first time I've post something I couldn't understand I didn't have to print a label as it was "digital" but everything went ok and I keep using it since then for my Vinted parcels!

It was my 3rd order with them and I can’t recommend it enough to my friends and family.
I had an issue with the app, where one of their discount codes didn’t work so I sent them an email just letting them know, not even expecting a reply, instead, I got a reply pretty much straight away from CS offering me to place the order themselves using the discount code plus no delivery charges!
That was amazing, only for that, I’ll be a loyal customer.
I have tried so far 4 of their fragrances and my parter has 2, and I must admit that, maybe one of them it’s not exactly as the original, but still smells amazing, all of them. You can’t beat the quality / price they have, plus the bottles are cute and easy to stack in our room.

Ordered one of my supplements on a Thursday / Friday and got them delivered as "express" on Monday, which is really good, plus, when I received the parcel, they included some free samples & also some tablets carrier, that was very nice of them!

Customer service very friendly and helpful, also the prices with Tiqets are normally lower than if you get them directly with the providers, which is a bonus.
The app is really handy to use the QR code they send you, makes it easier!
