On time delivery like always from DPD, within the delivery slot. Never had issues with any deliveries handled by them. Probably one of the best courier companies in UK.

Order a product on 23rd March and still not received! On their website they say that delivery takes between 3-12 days, that is long gone!

Plus, this is a Chinese company with a uk website domain, so very misleading from the start!
I have bought stuff from other well known Chinese based companies and never had this sort of issues!

Emailed them twice and they never bothered to reply, so awful customer service!

Will never recommend them to anyone!

1 star is already too much for this company!!! They should be out of business! I have never had as many bad experiences with any other courier than I had with Evri!

And all their customer service is AI based, no real people to get in touch with to get things sorted!

I really don't understand why online businesses are using Evri for deliveries, when I had to pay same money you pay to the well known courier companies who deliver when they promise!
Absolutely waste of time and energy using this company!
I will start avoiding buying things online if they are delivered by Evri!!!

Great company to deal with. Called them on a Friday to enquire about one of the products I was after which wasn't in stock and after chatting with one of their team members I decided to place an order same day around 3pm.
Everything I ordered was delivered next Tuesday, even if I was told that it may take up to a week because of the product that they didn't had in stock.
What else can you ask for?!
Great customer service and competitive prices, will definitely used them again and recommend them to anyone!

One of the worst experiences ever with a tools online retailer! Placed an order with them (over £300) and emailed twice to ask for a delivery date and every time their answer was that they are working on my order - like they are manufacturing the tools themselves! And everything I have ordered was showing in stock when I placed the order!
And then, without any proper communication from them I get a message that part of my order was shipped - they will say that sometimes they ship orders from different warehouses - that is not an excuse for the lack of communication, they just hide behind their 3-5 days delivery service. That is when I decided to ask for a refund.
Will never use them again!
There are much better competitors out there that can deliver much faster and most likely at a better price!
In the end I placed the order with a different company, which didn't had in stock one of the products that I was after (I know, a bit of a gamble) - placed the order Friday afternoon and was delivered Tuesday morning!!! That is customer service at a different level!!!

After owning HP printers only for over 10 years, all I can say is their printers are getting worse and worse. The 6200 series I have at the moment is loosing connectivity with any device I connect to - 3 mobile phones, a tablet and 2 laptops (one of them also an HP) - every single week the printer can't be found by at least 2 or 3 devices and you have to reinstall the printer over and over again!!!
It's time to switch to Epson as I am wasting more time trying to print something than it's actually worth the effort!!!

Straight forward process when buying online and fast next day delivery.

As always, ordering online and picking up from store, or just going in Weybridge store for stuff I need is a very easy and straightforward process.
All staff are friendly and always trying to help with any questions I may have.
I can say the same about the Byfleet store too.
