Worst courier company out there

1 star is already too much for this company!!! They should be out of business! I have never had as many bad experiences with any other courier than I had with Evri!

And all their customer service is AI based, no real people to get in touch with to get things sorted!

I really don't understand why online businesses are using Evri for deliveries, when I had to pay same money you pay to the well known courier companies who deliver when they promise!
Absolutely waste of time and energy using this company!
I will start avoiding buying things online if they are delivered by Evri!!!

2 days later and I still don't have my parcel!!!
The phone number you provided doesn't allow you to speak with someone!!!!
This company is utterly useless!!!
If you are looking into it, why nobody from Evri contacted me until now??? Because clearly you don't want customers to get in touch with you! You guys charge us for a service that you dont provide!
