I will never order from them again!

One of the worst experiences ever with a tools online retailer! Placed an order with them (over £300) and emailed twice to ask for a delivery date and every time their answer was that they are working on my order - like they are manufacturing the tools themselves! And everything I have ordered was showing in stock when I placed the order!
And then, without any proper communication from them I get a message that part of my order was shipped - they will say that sometimes they ship orders from different warehouses - that is not an excuse for the lack of communication, they just hide behind their 3-5 days delivery service. That is when I decided to ask for a refund.
Will never use them again!
There are much better competitors out there that can deliver much faster and most likely at a better price!
In the end I placed the order with a different company, which didn't had in stock one of the products that I was after (I know, a bit of a gamble) - placed the order Friday afternoon and was delivered Tuesday morning!!! That is customer service at a different level!!!
