Problem solved

After uploading a photo and submitting the test result, I received an email to say the submission had been rejected as the QR code could not be recognised, which I suspected as the image was quite blurred. I contacted Vivo and spoke to a lady by the name of SIGNE, who was most helpful and resolved the issue immediately.
