Complete trust

Our courier knows us, and over the past year he has delivered many parcels . I have his phone number so am able to keep him informed whether in or out and truly believe to have trust in Hermes you have to know your courier and Visa versa

Terrible service item returned

We paid for their expert Installation team to set the 49 inch sony bravia waited a week tv come and tben the with delivery man who was no expert tv returned as he couldn't install

Part2 what you say Michael is incorrect no attempt to install freeview channels as we have no aerial the poor guy didn't have a clue what to do. I felt sorry for him

I'm really sorry that we were unable to install your television and I can certainly understand your disappointment.

Having looked at the notes on the order, I can see that the driver was unable to install any Freeview channels. This may have been an issue with the television or possibly a signal issue.

As you requested that the order be cancelled, we were unable to offer any more assistance. I can confirm that your order has been cancelled and you will receive a full refund back to the card you used to pay for the order.
