I would like to say a great big thank you to Joe McGregor (Designer/Planner) for all the help, advice and support he has given me during my journey of replacing my kitchen. But most of all I’m extremely grateful for his patience with me and my kitchen looks absolutely fabulous.

5* to Abz in the Stevenage Store. I was there with my granddaughter bank holiday Monday 5/5/2025. He was very patient with me, there was no pushing for a sale, left us to wonder around and very helpful when I made my choice. Thank you Abz

The service I received from Murphy Richards Customer Services was excellent. I bought a faulty sensor bin and it was replaced within a few days. Couldn’t wish for a better service.

Have just come home from Skechers in Westfield Shopping Centre, Shepherd Bush. Just want to let you all know that the service received was from the staff was non existent, the attitude was appalling, there was no internet in serving us, too busy talking amongst themselves and one female member of staff on her mobile, ignoring everyone in the shop.
