Prompt service friendly engineer and job well done

In February 2022 I changed my Octopus Energy account after my fixed deal expired. All seemed ok but I didn't get a new bill until August. I also noticed my account for exporting energy had been stopped. I enquired about this and Elena helped me to sort the problem within a week and I am now on a new export account. I did nothing, she arranged it for me.
