I was in a bind as I needed the car to take my partner to a medical appointment. It was very easy to get an appointment and the price was actually lower than I paid at Kwikfit the last time I needed to replace a tyre. The fitter was very professional and no nonsense and it was done with the minimum of fuss. In my opinion an excellent service very easy to use and saves the hassle at hanging around at a tyre fitter centre.

I have had a number of problems with my podpoint and the customer service is not good as they just keep on sending you connection guides to link the unit to the internet. When I finally got them to send out an engineer he told me it had not been installed properly. I bought a charging point for my mothers house from Amazon and it is far simpler technology without the need for the internet connection

I too have received an e mail suspending my account although I always make the minimum payment nad make few purchases. I then had difficulty accessing my account as the code they sent to my mobile would not work. I immediately paid off the card and cut up the card. This evening had a call from them but the whole thing has unsettled me and I still worry it was some sort of scam. Ridiculous that the e mail suggested `I was in financial difficulty - insulting
