I have had a number of problems with my podpoint and the customer service is not good as they just keep on sending you connection guides to link the unit to the internet. When I finally got them to send out an engineer he told me it had not been installed properly. I bought a charging point for my mothers house from Amazon and it is far simpler technology without the need for the internet connection
