Used Carflexi many times and can highly recommend them. Booking process is simple with open pricing so no nasty surprises. If plans do change they offer an excellent cancellation policy. They are my go to for car rental.

Trying to renew my policy proved to be an absolute mission. The site would not load properly and it was difficult to contact customer support. If I an alternative, or at least the time to source one, I would have taken my business elsewhere

Been using Wise for a few years now and have seen the service improve. Not that there were any issues before but transfers are now much quicker. The only negative is that the charges are starting to creep up. Still ok at the moment but will keep an eye for increases

The staff were good, very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately the product was not so good. I've noticed on numerous occasions that you find a product you like but when you come to re-order at a later date the product has been de=spect both in quality and sizing. I ordered 3 pairs of jogging bottoms that I had first purchased mid 2023. This time the quality was much thinner and the sizing was bigger around the waist and longer in the leg. Same size as before was ordered. Overall if it wasn't the case that cotton traders seemed to be the only one who sells this style then I definitely wouldn't use them.

The rental process was fast, efficient and very competitive price wise. The car was clean and better than I expected. Overall, very pleased with quality and service.

How to lose brownie points with ludicrous and intrusive form filling. Booking flight plus seats etc quite straightforward. Flight times good, cost just about ok but then we come to the special assistance request. I've been asked less questions on a travel insurance form. They wanted to know everything relating to the reason for the request. Most other airlines "do you need special assistance?" "yes" "OK" Come on Jet2 it took me longer to request assistance than it did to book the flight

Quite convenient for sending cards without trolling through card shops. However the site can be frustrating because there are not enough options to narrow down what type of card you are looking for, which means you can end up trolling through pages of cards online. That said there is a vast selection and you should be able to find something suitable they just need to make the search more definitive.

Very easy site to use but make sure you check what you are agreeing to re insurance before you click to make the reservation. Having said that I would definitely recommend as normally the prices are good and they have an excellent cancellation policy if your circumstances change.

My only negative, and this is more an observation, is that you must read the booking details carefully because some extras need to be opted out of as opposed to opting in. Apart from that they are my first port of call when checking rental deals

Overall this rental could have scored higher had It not been for the fact that the inside of the windscreen was filthy. This only became apparent when I turned onto the motorway and had the bright winter sun directly in front of me. Visibility was severely compromised and the vehicle should never have been allowed out in that condition. Come on everyone a quick jet was may make the outside sparkle but clean the windows.

Carflexi site is easy to navigate and the booking process simple. Cancellation policy is good. The only point I would make is check what rental company you will be using and what is the pick-up criteria. some off-sit companies are a long walk to the courtesy bus stop

It's good to get an idea of times and prices but it doesn't always show every alternative. Example sometimes certain airlines are not shown. overall though a good site and worth a visit when planning
