New check in process for click and collect is daft. Having to type in a 12 digit code, while having to dodge exiting customers, rather than say a 4 digit code is madness. It does nothing for security and nothing for speed. The staff still asked me to confirm my surname. It took longer today in an emptying store with 5 staff visible that is normally does. Get rid. I will avoid in the future while this persists.

Truly awful archaic processes.
Passwords via post? Come on.
Applied. Waited 2+ weeks. Nothing. I Contacted them and only then did they request more info for 1 applicant.
Waited again.
Then got an email requesting more info, followed by an email a few mins later saying the account was opened.
Waited 6 days for the passcode to arrive in the post while receiving multiple nagging messages to deposit funds by email and text - not a chance without account access to withdraw.
Having logged in, I requested the one time passcode via text. 3 times. Nothing.
They only arrived after I had messaged them telling them to close the account.
Hopeless. Absolutely hopeless.
They have wasted over an hour of my time and will not be getting my funds.

Delivered within 2 days. Which is fine except I asked for a later delivery and ordered on the basis of the quoted 5-6 day delivery and now have to keep the stuff stored and dry.
And the quality was poor. Happy to accept natural defects but I should have thrown well over 20% of the T&G boards away. Just managed to eek out enough to get the job done.

Sells Junk. Delivers it quite well
Bought: 600x800mm Bluetooth Aurora LED Illuminated Bathroom Mirror
Bought to replace a 10 year old illuminated mirror with shaver socket.
Good bits. Shaver socket stays on when light off - so ok for charging toothbrushes. That's it.
The illumination is pitiful and does not properly balance window light as the old one did. Fine if no window but not if there is any form of natural or artificial lighting to compete with.
The Bluetooth is a nightmare unless you live on your own. And don't think about turning the light on at night. Turn the light on and it makes also sorts of pointless noises - thank god we did not put this in the en-suite. Once on the bluetooth connects to the last connected device automatically. So if the kids use it while in the shower and then play music in the room it will grab the BT and play in the bathroom.
There are only 2 screw fixing points so any variation in the wall/tiles means the mirror doesn't fit closely against the wall and there will be a gap at the bottom - there should be 4 fixing holes - 2 at the top and 2 at the bottom. HArder to fit but the finnish will be better.
All in all a fing disaster that you only find out about once wired up and fixed. I now have a pair of screw holes in my tiles and until I can find an identical fitted mirror this will have to stay. Anyone know which wire to cut to turn the bluetooth off?
