Faulty item. No acknowledgement or help

Sent a faulty item. Opened packaging and the tempered glass spilled everywhere as it was shattered. Spoke to support but they have now stopped responding. Taking no responsibility of the issue and hoping I stop responding. Really poor service

Manchester Store

Arrived in the Manchester retail park where there is 6 ish sofa stores to go and browse. The customer service on display at OFL made us feel comfortable thats the place to purchase from. Had great service from Nemo and the team and come away happy we had ticked an item off the list

Poor experience this year

I was provided travel insurance, with covid cover which stated pre paid excursions were covered. Caught covid whilst in Spain, was advised to isolate as that was the order from the medical assistance service. Isolated until traveling home. Insurance refusing to pay out even though the wording confirms pre paid excursions are covered.

Really poor

Really poor. Ordered on the evening of the 13th. Paid £5.99 for 2-3 days standard delivery. It's been 7 days so decided to talk to chat support. Started chat support at 18:30 and still on chat support now at 20:30. It's been 70 minutes since the last agents message. States they are active but choosing not to respond. I was told that that it's sale period which I was unaware of and that this can happen. To me that is accepting poor standards, poor delivery time and happy to accept the customer will be unhappy.

I switched to OFTM in September and…YOU SHOULDNT

I switched to OFTM in September and everything was looking ok. That is until i received 10+ emails with different DD charges on them. I checked over my estimated gas readings and OFTM state i used over 1500 units more than i have done. Went on chat support to Riaz and he couldn't answer why. Therefore my DD has tripled and they are doing nothing to help with that.
