Lesson learnt-do not use.

Well blow me down! Its arrived! Was not expecting that. Wish there was a feature on trustpilot to communicate with other reviewers and find out if really work-and its not just friends/colleagues trying to boost ratings. Id love to actually try it out and see if the positive comments actually are true-but once opened and tried, cant be returned.
Rock and hard place sadly. Might just have to mark this one up to experience, take the possible loss and move on. Wont use Golden Curls again after this but glad to actually have received something.

**Three weeks now. Still no delivery. Tracking slow to update and cant have refund til received (and even then im doubtful). Had to buy something else from somewhere else-lesson learnt! Stick to well known reliable genuine and honest companies.

response to my email requesting a full refund as per their reply below-CANT REFUND AS ITEM IN TRANSIT - have to just wait and wait and wait. So all those who have been told youll get a refund-uou eont if you dont actually have the item yet so its lose-lose for us!!!!

Very disappointed-not just the company but myself for falling into a “too good to be true” should have trusted instincts.
Had communication in email and responsive etc-but despite ordering on towards end of November, on a ‘next day’ tracking number-still no item.
Yes it was dispatched next day-from China! So not the 5-7 days my email confirmation stated. Tracking is hit/miss and each day it says its in transit-the average day of delivery changes.
Not sure if a scam or not, Im on the fence-interesting that the clips on social media have all vanished since I ordered and asked a question about delivery on the post!
I have been patient and tried ti be positive but not seeing any progress and now need to buy something else as doubt i’ll see this.
Not holding out hope of full refund sadly, hopefully bank will help with a dispute if theres an issue.
