I bought an iPad from these for my daughters birthday and it doesn’t even work, you can’t download games on to it and it takes about 10 minutes just to go in to the internet. What a waste of money and a very unhappy birthday girl

Ordered a pair of trainers from footlocker in may I received them 3 weeks later with one of the trainers being marked so I had to email them as I couldn’t get through on the phone I have just received an email from them Which is 3 months later to send the trainers back To them for inspection, I would never ever in my life order from them again what a joke of a company they are

I would never ever recommend you to anyone, I ordered a red quad from you which stated on your site that it was in stock you took my payment of £500 and then phones me within seconds to say it is out of stock and when I asked for a refund you told me I wouldn’t receive my refund before Christmas and pressured me in to having a blue one which a definitely didn’t want as I have saved for a whole year to buy my daughter the red quad she so much wanted for Christmas and now she is going to be very disappointed she has a blue one. You are falsely advertising stock which is clearly out of stock and taking peoples money VERY BAD COMPANY

I am very sorry we sold out of Red as soon as you placed the order, it took a few moments for our system to update, we immediately called and explained the situation and offered the remaining colour we had left in stock which was Blue, we gave the opportunity for a full refund or Blue colour, you chose the Blue colour which was your choice when a refund was offered
We understand your frustration and apologise you feel let down, as soon we we realised we gave you the option of refund but you opted for Blue
