The information about our membership concept is stated in several places on Luxplus.co.uk that the membership prices are only for members and that one becomes a member when purchasing products for membership prices. It is stated for example on the starting page, next to every product, under the section “subscription” and “terms”. As a customer you actively have to choose whether you want to buy a product for membership price or normal price. Under the membership price we inform that you start a membership when you purchase a product for a membership price. A membership is also added to your shopping cart when you purchase products for membership prices for the first time. Furthermore, you have received a confirmation to your email with information about your membership when you placed your first order.

We are sorry if you have not seen this and misunderstood our concept, but we do not issue refunds for membership, as we give ample information about the membership.
