Ordered 6 pairs of ultradries but unfortunately they were too big. I emailed ultradries to ask for an exchange. A lady called Laura replied really swiftly and offered to replace the items with the correct size for me, she even included a helpful size chart for me. The communication has been prompt, professional and reassuring, it really made me feel liked a valued customer so thank you Laura. I’m now waiting for my replacements but because of the excellent customer service so far I would definitely buy from ultradries again. Quite refreshing to have such good customer service.

The communication prior to the move was excellent and on our move day the team of Mark, Andy, Jay, Martin and Kevin worked incredibly hard and were very careful not damage anything. I bought my daughter a beautiful silver “evil eye” necklace for Christmas and she loved it. The delivery was super quick and the necklace arrived in a really nice gift box. The quality was excellent and I would definitely buy more items in the future.

Contacted the Customer Services team as my card wouldn't work. I had only had the card less than 12 months but when they investigated I was told it had expired!. Apparently all BP Pulse cards have an expiry date, but it's not shown on the card so for the user it just stops working. They reset my card in seconds and it now expires in 2034. Users need to know when their card will expire to avoid being stranded and disillusioned with the company.

I did a click and collect purchase last Saturday and received a message not long after placing my order that it was ready to collect. Also friendly and efficient warehouse staff when I went to collect my purchase.

Excellent service. Ordered my mirror on pre-order and was sent an email confirming my delivery date. The mirror was delivered on time by a very friendly driver who contacted me in advance to confirm the date and time. The mirror was really well packaged and I’m delighted with it. Would recommend

Over the last 3 weeks I have ordered 5 5litre tins of paint, the delivery was fast and efficient. Unfortunately one tin was damaged but this was sorted out incredibly quickly. I will definitely buy from Wood Finishes Direct again as I was delighted with the efficient delivery and great customer service.
