These guys are the only place to go for…

These guys are the only place to go for headsets!
Having just changed our phones and upgraded from Avaya J139s to Yealink wireless systems with big screens and all sorts of other dohickeys, the thought occurred, can we use our headsets we bought from the Headset store a few years back…..
So dropped them a line, George in Technical asked me to send some photos and confirm what they were attached to.
So did that and he confirmed yes should be fine, and spot on they are perfect.
The customer service that just keeps on giving!! Well done Team Headset Store!!

Christmas Eve and the naughty oven

Christmas Eve the oven that came with our Bunagkiw we bought in 2019 started misbehaving, Christmas Day we coped, Boxing Day the darn thing burnt lunch the previous 2 days we’d had to fight to get it cooked properly!
Looked for cookers online at all the usual suspects ao.com and currys etc and decided on a Bosch double built in Wall Oven.
1. Marks was cheaper than the rest
2. Better offers than the rest
3. Finance was available, not an issue as was a cash buy
4. And this was the thing it was instock, and delivery next day!
With a 10% off the price offer aswell extended warranty went in the bag aswell!. £860 for a brand new oven next day sign me up!!
Would I use them again, oh yeah, the communication was excellent from point of purchase to delivery to after sales!
Most definitely in my favourites bar!

Had to park in the car park (North…

Had to park in the car park (North Terminal) paid to get out and then had to pay again as it hadn’t registered the payment, the money left my account.
Pressed the assistant button and was told hadn’t paid so had to pay again.
Now nobody is interested in refunding me having charged me. Twice!!

It’s a one as I can’t find the zero!!

It’s a one as I can’t find the zero!!
1. Messed up my order.
2. Told me I pay on reciept, lied didn’t send it as wasn’t paid for despite offering to pay at point of order!
3. My special 15% discount was readily to anybody….
4. It’s all cheaper elsewhere so could have got it for less than my magical 15% off
5. Will I bother again er no!!!
6. Still waiting for a response for customer service and CEO!

Don’t bother the Chuckle Brothers would be better!

Awful, Hideous, Attrocious….
The Thesaurus doesn’t provide a word to describe just how poor the experience was! Constantly I was chasing them. And still they managed to get it wrong and charge me for the privilege!
Now I get my circumstances we’re a little different, but if you can’t do it, don’t say you can! Our case was badly handled by Callum Wayling, if he’s your case handler, duck out now before you get going!
The process commenced in January 2021 eventually completed in August 2021. One of the requests was for the Land Registry documents to show the percentage holding of each stakeholder in the property. Bought between my partner and son and his partner, so the percentages to be held by the Land Registry is quite important, no problem we’re told.
September 2021 still no documents…. Ah it’s all down to COVID everything is taking longer was the reply, a standard response from across all government departments (apart from the garden party team at number 10 it appears) November chased again no still not arrived. January 2022….. This is taking the rise! First person I spoke to via email (as being hitting redial for over 3 hours and being on hold was trying my patience) the email was still blaming COVID, since remortgaging my house to put an extension on and including other family members in it, since commencement we have been in and out of numerous lockdowns, indeed in the coming weeks, all COVID restrictions are being dropped!!!
Interestingly, the Land Registry documents, were completed on 19 August 2021, and sent electronically to ONP. So they had them all the time.
Now, here’s the thing, 3 different people HAVING REVIEWED the file have given different stories!
So don’t believe a word of what your told, get it in writing, and keep a timeline throughout if you really feel the need!!
Anyway back to the events, Land Registry documents arrived January 2022 6 months after being recieved by ONP, Callum says they were posted, however is unable to provide evidence of such, but and here’s the bit that really annoys, they haven’t got the stakeholder percentages on the document as requested, as told we could do, not a problem we were told, so either they lied at that point, or didn’t do as requested!
Either way I was charged £330 for not doing what they said they would. I’ve requested a refund, as in my opinion a year to get a document they’ve been sat on for 6 months that’s wrong anyway, paying for a service that’s not correctly executed are fair reasons to not pay it!
We shall see!
ONP have been given the opportunity to resolve this prior to me leaving this review which they have failed to do.
Rarely do I complain publicly in such forums as it can do such a dis-service. However when a company offers, and agrees to provide a service and then messes you about so royally it needs to be brought to their attention which quite clearly they are ignoring, alternatively Callum Wayling has a big rug with a pile of issues under it in the middle of his office, let’s hope H&S at work don’t trip over it!
Judging by the number of other poor reviews it seems I’m in good company of unhappy clients!

Replacement Car key £30 cheaper than a main dealer and 3 weeks quicker than a main dealer next day, as opposed to 21 days!
Plus the convenience of my driveway and not having to go to Maidstone!

Easy to use website for a great gift

Nice easy to use website!
Wanted to sort out my sons Birthday pressie
So went from just the title, then we looked at the selection of goodies, upgraded to title and land.
Then we saw the certificate, then the mug went in the basket, along with a hat and a gift box!!
Lol
A pleasure to use, my son who considers himself a lord now has a piece of paper with it!
Easy to use site, and came really quickly and well packed!
Thank you so much for the son that really doesn’t need anything this is absolutely perfect!

WISH SUPPLIERS cheap fraudsters

So far of the stuff I’ve ordered a phone arrived, it didn’t work, EarPods arrived battery lasts 20 minutes, phone holders ordered 8 not turned up 2 months ago say delivered LIARS!!!!!
And some sticky pad things, first lot didn’t turn up, got re set they arrived and are fine!
WOOP WOOP!!!!

Don’t touch these sheisters!
Sadly I didn’t read the reviews first, schoolboy error!
So now it’s my mission to spread the word just how crap this platform is!
Blindfold in a market would be better!!!!
If you want to waste your money just send it to me
I’ll send you a picture of me having a beer or two spending your money, at least you’ll know it’s been used properly for beer tokens!

My Pension ‘Bee Keeper’ Chris is the nuts!!

My Pension ‘Bee Keeper’ Chris is amazing he keeps in touch every step of the way of moving my pensions from their previous suppliers.
Even to the point of letting me know that SANLAM despite having £800 were only transferring 67p so recommended not touching it as it would be pointless.
So a call to SANLAM to complain!!
My 2 company pensions were 1/60th pensions and had large sums in so recommended getting advice.
Best of all I can’t loose any of them now sadly the ex wife already had one policy thanks to the divorce court!!
