Nothing came. No response from my messages. Going to go to my bank for refund.
Awful company.
A scam.

It didn't work for me so I deleted the app but they kept taking my money. It's almost impossible to cancel. Once they have their hands on your account they just keep taking. BEWARE!!!! I have now cancelled the PayPal subscription. Maybe when they can't get anymore money they will reply to the many messages I have sent.

Ok as requested, I have now sent a 7th message to the so called help line. I had already sent my email details as they say. Of course having deleted my account no other information. Let's see if I get a reply.
June 21- I wrote as instructed on the date of their reply and have heard nothing. Who wants to bet I hear nothing until they try to access my PayPal account and find they can't. Then try to make out that I am at fault. You would think at least a courtesy email might be in order after this review (I usually give good reviews) but no. Nothing.
A week later and no reply. Make up your own diets. This is a hussle. Subscription date is nearly here. Lets see how far they will take it.
July 2 still no reply or cancellation confirmation. I continue to send messages.
July 27- To end this, I never got a reply except on here. No offer to make amends. They also didn't attempt to dispute my turning off PayPal subscription. Just took my 90 pound over payment and slinked off into cyber space. Avoid this company. What they offer can be replicated at home. They are just after the money of vulnerable people. Beware.

I have owned and run a log gasification boiler for ten years. In that time I have gone through four different companies to help me maintain it and it has been one thing after another with one engineer saying one thing and another saying something different. The only thing they all had in common was that no one could solve the problems we have had running it. We even had to send the boiler back to poland to be refurbished! I signed on with the AB Energy Centre just over a year ago and they understood exactly what to do. Unlike all the other repairs and even though green energy parts etc are very expensive, it didn't cost thousands either. I reckon what their engineer recognised almost immediately has been wrong since it was first installed and everything else was a result of that fault. It runs perfectly now as I always imagined it should. What's more is that they are there to help. Finally there is someone who supports me. In this world of a myriad of green energy options, it seems reliable true experts are hard to find. Many want to sell you systems but not many have actually run them. These guys have. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have changed my bio mass life entirely!! lol

They gave it to a random neighbour which they have done before and my daughter never gets her deliveries. My daughter went out unexpectedly so I asked for it to be delivered tomorrow but that didn't work. It is not a good area and we didn't ask for it to be delivered to a random neighbour. My daughter is a vulnerable adult and cannot go knocking on stranger's doors. It is likely the company will have to send it out again with a different courier. I always worry when I am sending things to my daughter and see it is yodel as their delivery systems are so bad and we always have trouble with them.

ECO Wedge XT Solar Motion Welcome Light----I am amazed at how effective these little motion lights are. Solar but always enough charge. They illuminate a huge area for their size but can be hidden away discreetly until needed. Then POW. Let there be light! Highly recommend these little beauties.

I forgot what day I booked it for and wrote to them thinking it wouldn't arrive on time. They responded with care reassuring me it would be here today. It is here and very beautiful. Perfect. Many thanks.

Well the first operator left me waiting hours and then this chap, alex, came on like a knight on a white charger and made everything right again.
He was kind, clear and very efficient.
