A car arrived from the above & it had numerous cosmetic damage so I rejected it.
They didnt even offer to rectify or reduce cost. Thanks a lot Sean for not being honest when I asked if car had any damage before I went to collect. You emailed me with its in brilliant condition.
Why on earth can these dealers not be honest in first place instead of wasting customers time? It should never have been delivered in first place.
No options to cancel my sale just constant phone calls & email harassment.

It's fake! I found a similar car that was a lot cheaper & a whole year newer & they wouldn't honour any matched or EVEN goodwill reduction in price.

Im happy to take my money to another dealership because if Arnold Clarks area Manager doesn't want a sale then no one at this company does.
Wolverhampton delivery centre, what a joke. They wouldn't even let me come in & pay for a car!!! How difficult is it?Theyre not interested because it's not their sale. You would think that Arnold Clark works as a team, one company but obviously not.
I've now cancelled order because the pleasure has been removed & they have the cost of returning car all the way back to Scotland. They just don't care.

I waiting for a question to be answered about credit card payment which was ignored.
I now made other car enquiry about damaged alloy & brand of tyres with no reply.
Im sure they have a dedicated enquiries team that obviously find it difficult to answer simple questions.
I now have question about dent on the car that I've seen on pictures but I might just leave it as a waste of time asking.

Once again, Mr Townsend, your review does not reflect the correct information. This is the second time within the space of a month that you have left us a negative review - we would say that this one is premature as well.
The reason for this is, you emailed the business at 1:48 am and have been responded to within the same day by our team, who have then emailed again, checking whether you missed the first email as you had then left a review.
We are not sure what you are trying to achieve by leaving negative reviews - previously, we escalated it to a Manager and responded to your request within the review, as you felt we hadn't given you sufficient information in the responses you had received up to that point.

Every seller on the Carwow platform is absolutely entitled to cancel a deal if they change their mind or if a situation arises after accepting an offer. However, instead of a self-service button on the website, we require sellers to contact our team directly via email, SMS, or phone call to request the cancellation.
This is handled by a dedicated team because we need to properly record the cancellation, notify the dealer immediately, and confirm that there are no further obligations. While we know this step is not as instantaneous as a simple click, it ensures the process is logged accurately.
No manners from Sales Manager & the sales staff don't want to help due to distance sale.
I was about to purchase car & I said I can't collect until 1st November but they won't have it stating it is an October only deal.
I was never informed of that during the deal making!
So now I need to cancel order.

No one answers the calls, they need more staff. All I want to do is change appointment as I need install sooner. Very polite when your lucky enough to speak to someone.
I asked a simple question about what service history a car had - not rocket science! Never had a reply.
Even their Manager got in touch but they still don't answer your questions. I have had several people get in touch but not one is able to give me price for my car? How difficult is it? Everyone says they will get back to you!

We always aim to respond to customer enquiries as quickly and clearly as possible, and it’s disappointing to hear that you left with a different impression. Your comments will be reviewed with the team to ensure communication is as clear as possible going forward.
You can't even register on the APP, it doesn't understand I had a card a couple of years ago.

This is even when they havnt even viewed it, they dropped the agreed buying price after auction.
Even their reply to this is inaccurate. They bid a price then got in contact with carwow days later to reduce it by £279! Why, how unprofessional?
No, not at all you clearly gave your offer price at end of bidding then you tried to drop it. End of conversation.

Hello Mr Townsend,
To be completely transparent we have not "dropped" the price on your vehicle. Carwow have provided an indicative valuation of what you might achieve through their platform and we have offered a price for the car through their trade portal. We have no visibility of their valuation throughout the process.
As you rightly state, we have not seen the car. We only make adjustments if the vehicle is not as described, for example if the car is damaged, missing service records or has been modified. This however doesn't happen very often.
We'll be happy to help you further - if you would like clarity on how our or Carwow's process works then please let us know.
They hurry back with so called help emails that make no sense & if you manage to understand the troubleshooting they advise unfortunately they don't work anyway.
