How Rude!

The trustpilot rating speaks for itself.

I hope you don't have to deal with Abby , so called customer Specialist. The last email from her stated she won't help & make further contact with me. How rude!

In the end they rectified my issue very well after I contacted Management.

The salesman only wants a quick sale.

He kept asking for my telephone number but I said twice your not having it until deal agreed. What's the issue with that?

The posties are lazy.

The posties are lazy.

Mine doesn't even bother moving the bolt from my gate to access my front door, it's too much effort for him & he won't write out the missed delivery cards.
Got it all on CCTV.

Then you phone customer service that states it takes 40 minutes to answer but I was cut off after mind boring 35 minutes!

Unfortunately, as you have not included any identifying details, we're unable to trace your booking request and so cannot provide specifics here, but in general terms, it's important to understand the following;

We (ClickMechanic) are a third-party marketplace only. All mechanics trading on our network are independent and are not employed by us. They trade under their own business names, manage their own work schedules and ultimately, decide which bookings they accept or decline.

We deal with gazillions of bookings - the vast majority of which get picked up by our partner mechanics. For the small number that don't, there's usually a good reason - i.e. scheduling issues, part/s availability, pricing, location, repair type etc.

We ask for a customer's dates and times of availability, and when their booking request is offered to our network, the reviewing mechanic will consider whether they can undertake the work within the availability time frame the customer has mentioned.

Whilst there is an option for same-day and next-day requests at an additional cost, this will depend on mechanic uptake.

We're sorry if your booking request was not one that got accepted. Rest assured, you would not been charged anything at all, and we hope you may give us another try in the future.

Shop from other Company or Supermarket

Used to have a good name but has now gone to s**t.

Their new website has cancelled my order & now doesn't even allow me to create new account or login on old one!

This company won't even allow a telephone order!

Yet Another Shoddy Experience

Linwood Vauxhall Branch

The CEO states on YouTube it's all about the customer experience - yes it's all about that - NOT!

Was about to collect car after weeks of waiting even though I was willing to accept a technical issue on a brand new car.

Only to find they had upped the price on their Pre Order Form.

Also was promised by Ben at Wolverhampton collection centre that he'd phone back but never bothered.

Good job I never went to collect!

They Mess you around

I organised delivery but it was never done. All I got was they have no technicians. Then one is sick, then one is on holiday.

I organised insurance but they wanted the date changed for the end of the month Salesmans bonus.

They wouldn't even cover the premium difference or even offer drive away insurance.

Then the management had hissy fit & cancelled order.

Jeep Dealership - Oldbury

Check the car over! Found damage on a pre reg. Also missing carpet mats I was promised.

Got good deal with Sales Manager only to go to pot once I was given a Sales woman whom had not good manners & was pushy. Also to top it off the Business Manager over ruled the Sales Manager & cancelled the offered deal the same day.
