Very Poor Website

Very poor.

I can't even get past the order stage. Just doesn't work.

I emailed customer services but they don't bother to reply.

I'll take my business elsewhere, plenty of other online companies.

Lucky Escape

Only requested if car had any replacement parts & they won't answer, just state come & view. My last review was removed so they don't like criticism.

I purchased a car a few years ago & had trouble with brakes & to think I was going to purchase again.

Glad I won't.

Only want sale or they cut you off dead

Aberdeen - Vauxhall Peugeot

They couldn't be bothered to let me know the car had sold even though they promised a video only half an hour before!

Even sales digital team don't get back with answers.

Lied about Service History

Lied stating car had full history when it didn't!

Claiming only needs service every 24months & hasn't done any mileage! Rubbish oil has lifespan in order to keep manufacturer warranty in tact.

What's Going on Motorpoint?

As per normal poor service.

All I asked for was has the car had any new parts & I was told I can only have information when I purchase.

This is not true as I've had an advisor give it me in the past.

Is a mere query difficult for this company?I

I also requested call back between 4pm & 6pm. They never got back then, it was in morning so why ask Motorpoint.

Hyundai - Gloucester

There seems to be a pattern here with Marshall Hyundai.

They don't keep their promises.

They don't get back to you & go back on their deals.

I've read other reviews that state when you go there you are ignored!

There is no point giving you the information at your review email address as I've done it before & no one bothers to get back.

The Manager & sales assistant have made me have no trust in Hyundai.

They have even tried to remove the review. I guess truth hurts. This is what happens when I unfortunately have to deal with incompetent fools.

Fake & Pointless Generated Email

Honda - Narborough

After my enquiry I received email from general sales manager offering assistance & claiming he will leave no stone unturned.

Why do this when they have no intention of dealing with me as they have ignored it? They obviously don't wish to deal with me. Just state it Marshalls!

Can't Answer Simple Inquiry

Honda - Narborough

Couldn't even answer what had been done on health inspection checks.

Manager promised he'd get back, oh yeah!

Trying to hide advisories on all tyres.

What a load of rubbish!

Now they're trying to remove my review! I guess truth hurts. What a shambles of a company.

Too Many Cooks Spoil the Broth

Terrible service.

These are a third party company that your insurer asks to organise repair but they can't manage that.

I have now been waiting 48 hours for a repairer to contact me!!! Still nothing booked.
