Absolute joke of a customer service

On Saturday I’ve received notification that my parcel would be delivered that day. I stayed home and waited until I received another notification saying that driver missed me because I wasn’t home (absolute joke). I then rebooked the delivery for yesterday and again waited all day but my package didn’t arrive. I’ve tried to contact Yodel not to avail so I cancelled my shift today because I thought Yodel would eventually try to deliver and if I wasn’t home they would send it back. And finally today my parcel got delivered without any notification. Yodel, could you please tell me what’s the point in informing customers about delivery if you don’t even come nearby? What’s the point in rebooking a delivery if you don’t stick with the schedule?

Ordered on the 22/05

Ordered on the 22/05. Company states that they are based in London, so looks like my caftans are crawling from London to Leicester 3 weeks now. Absolute joke. Customer service is not existent and no one answers their emails. To top up the whole negative experience I found exactly same caftans for less than a third of price requested by Ornella Caftans and caftans from China arrived within a week. Avoid Ornella at all costs!

Scammers

Scammers! If I could give less stars I would. I paid for a trial only to learn that their app is useless. Requested cancellation and was charged for a month. Requested refund and cancellation again but no one ever contacted me back. Was charged again today so requested cancellation and refund again. SCAM!

Scammers

In 2020 I was approached by WAcademy, a sister company of Getspace, which has offered to design my website for free. Since then I’ve been charged multiple times for services I’ve never received, bought or subscribed to. On 30th Nov £227 was taken off my card. I’ve contacted the bank and was told to contact the company directly and request a refund, which I did. 4 weeks passed by and after few messages saying “allow 10 working days for us to respond”, I’ve just received a message saying: “you have to turn off subscription in your account (which I never had) and because 14 days passed since purchase you won’t be refunded”. They fraudulently used my card details and I’m glad I informed my bank immediately after I’ve noticed. Bank has blocked my card and FCA and police are investigating.

Edit 26/01: in reply below WAcademy is claiming that I’ve subscribed to the hosting service which is untrue, I have never subscribed to their services and never used their hosting. Further down they’re saying that I’ve been unsubscribed in 2021, and they don’t charge fraudulently… how would you then called the fact that I’ve been charged £227 In November 2022? How can I been charged if I’m not longer subscribed according to them? How can you call, other than scammers, companies that charge you even if you’re not their customer and after they do not reimburse you? SCAMMERS

We are sorry you had to go through is. Unfortunately you had subscribed to Getspace hosting and it renews every year. Your subscription was cancelled from Getspace in 2021 but because it was already connected to your bank it automatically sent the payment. But Getspace did not generate this invoice in 2022.

As long as you cancel your subscription from your bank you will not be charged again. We do not take any fraudulent payments from our clients but you have to take care of your subscriptions.

Not the best experience

Not the best experience. Placed order and paid on Friday, during next few days received multiple emails asking me for payment; waited few days for customer service to answer that my order went through and emails are sent automatically cause I’ve abandoned the order (?); since then no contact, no confirmation of shipment, no delivery, no answer to my emails. After a week I’ve sent email asking for the order cancellation and refund, which I’ve received without any comments. Happy to get my money back but wouldn’t recommend the company (too much stress for nothing).

Joke service from “new” Hermes

I really wanted to give a 5 star review but I can not do it even just to encourage them… Well so far 2 of my orders were delivered when I was told they would and 2 others were not delivered at all. I was off sick, home bound, and expecting what I’ve ordered to be delivered only to get notifications “ We tried to deliver your parcel today but you weren't in or there was no safe place to leave it. We'll try again on the next working day.” which is an utter BS; after 3 days of waiting I’ve got an info saying “your parcel is on the way back to the sender.” How annoying is that?! Today I was expecting another parcel and got the same wonderful notification. This service is disgusting and to be honest there’s no way and to whom complain. So here we go 2 normal deliveries out of 5 makes 2 stars. Enjoy “new” Hermes!

You MUST try it!

OH.MY.GOD! I read the reviews about this “torture device” (as someone has called it in here) and was pretty hesitant to use it when I’ve got it. I’ve read the manual, and being a first-timer, I put on leggings and a light top and slowly eased myself down onto the pranamat. Oh Dear! It’s weird at first because the lotuses are really spikey but… resist! it gets so much better! You’re feeling your whole body relaxing. I only used it 3 times so far (received it on Saturday and we’re on Tuesday now) and I got to the point that it’s first thing I’m doing after a shower when getting back home from work (I’m working at the hospital, doing long 12.5 hours shifts)… and yes, I fell asleep on it yesterday evening… pretty good for a torture device, isn’t it? :-)

I’m highly disappointed with Hermes

I’m highly disappointed with Hermes.
I’ve ordered few items from Next, chose delivery date knowing I’d be home to receive it, waited
all day for my delivery, tracking it on the site, only to find out that my order hasn’t been delivered cause “I wasn’t home”.
That’s a joke! The courier didn’t even bother to ring the bell, I’m wondering if they even came near my home cause there’s no card left either.
I’ve tried to find out what to do next and unfortunately the only way is via web chat (the phone service Hermes provides would only repeat what you already read on the tracking site).
This is total waste of time. Didn’t get any answer but what was already written below the tracking. I tried to connect to the agent twice, both times had to wait 38 minutes and didn’t get any information either.
I booked the delivery for Saturday knowing that’s the only day I’d be home, paid for the service, my parcel wasn’t delivered and nobody helped me to resolve the problem.
HERMES IS A TOTAL JOKE OF A SERVICE!

Simply the best

The easiest and quickest way to get to the doctors when you need the appointment the most. At my local surgery I was advised to wait for an appointment 2 weeks. I opened the Push Doctor app and within an hour I’ve spoken to the doctor who was very helpful and knowledgeable, I’ve got a sick note and prescription ready for me at the local pharmacy. All this for very small monthly fee. Simply the best.
