Got about 3 notifications the parcel…

Got about 3 notifications the parcel delivery had changed and that my letterbox sized item was passed to another courier as it was oversized?! Then get a cryptic delivery photo. searched high and low for the door it had been delivered to. Spoke to the owner of the address and he had no such delivery. The photographic “proof” of delivery was the courier holding the item some way from the door and yet still managed to exclude the number it had been delivered to. Then after I enquired with Evri as to the whereabouts of my item, it appeared 3hours later at my front door?! How can a parcel, which had been delivered, with proof, have been redelivered ? Sort your sh*t out Evri, you’re nearly the worst beaten only by DPD.

The usual ineptitude

Got a photo of the delivery - who knows where that was? Then the driver turns up with the delivery saying “sorry o sent you the wrong photo”. Just the usual DPD clusterf**k. Why companies continue to use you as a delivery method is beyond me? Gues they don’t much like their customers!

I would just like my faulty windows repaired

Having had windows installed in October 2018, I have had a leak from top of the window.

I have tried to report it and get a response from them. I did today!! However, it was from their sales team.

All I wanted was for someone to call me an arrange a repair of my windows before more damage occurs.

If you do get through on the phone you're advised to email or use the contact page - did that - still no response from a human!

Customer service is apparently non exsistent.

As previously advised please can you log your complaint online using our "request a service call" page (if you mouse over the contact us tab it will show an option to "request a service call", click this and fill in the form asking for details and description of the issue or emailing the service department:- service@smithsltd.co.uk.
The requests you are sending through are all using our request a quotation forms which is why our sales team are contacting you and you are calling the sales department which is unable to assist you as advised.
