Obviously the policy was straightforward and easy to take out on line. Customers obviously give five stars if they review that aspect.
BUT they get five stars from me because in the last two weeks I have rung them twice to ask questions about the backpacker insurance and both times my call has been answered very quickly by helpful knowledgeable staff. This gives me hope that if I need to claim I would be able to speak to someone easily. I hope I don’t need to claim! But I’m very pleased so far! Thank you

Snap fish are really reliable, it’s always here on time. I use for a calendar every year but this year thought the colours a bit dark. But the prints are fine. It’s so easy to make a calendar and I love the embellishments

My sons insurance went up on renewal….a lot! Despite another year no claim and being 21 now. But when I shopped round they are all similar. Direct line is maybe 150 more. I rang a competitors number to discuss a previous claim (known for ladies handbag insurance cover too) and just could not get to speak to anyone, no matter what time of day I rang ‘sorry we are busy, try later…. Dead line’. I thought well this isn’t on. Rang direct line, through to lovely lady in less than a minute. She couldn’t reduce by even a penny though and wouldn’t match my comparison quotes. But We tweaked and poked about with the renewal price, excess up, named driver off and got it getter. Still 40% higher!!!! But everyone’s is. I paid it. I just think to be able to speak to someone straight away is worth it’s price in gold. You just know if needed a claim you can speak to a human.

I wanted to ask a question before I took a policy out. An important one about a claim. None of the numbers let you speak to a person. Sorry we are too busy… really?? At 8 am or mid morning or evening. It just cuts you off. They really don’t want to talk to you. Virtual customer chat rubbish too. I will take my money elsewhere.

I have ordered time and time again and the delivery is always timely. The price is excellent too, the cheapest I have found. My first review for time for paws was low because I was not happy with the wait for delivery. But I’m pleased I gave them a second chance as every order since has been speedy. So thank you! I will continue to place an order every month based on the service I get.

I was very impressed with the ease of quoting. I did a multi car policy and it was quick and easy to quote. The price was excellent. My son previously had a bump with a car insured with LV and they settled his claim really quickly and easily, hence why I quoted too.

Trustworthy site, easy to buy tickets with PayPal. Transparent in that they do live draws on social media with live calls to the winners And photos of prizes. The number of tickets available is not excessive either.

My plates came today and they are beautiful. I’m so pleased with them. Postage was exceptionally quick too. A couple of days that’s all.
These are the second set I had from pro plates and were the regular gel ones. The previous ones were carbon fibre gel for my sons birthday earlier in the year. and they have been great too. Haven’t seen another set like them on the road. I’m really pleased and don’t understand the bad reviews below. I definitely recommend this company for plates and would use again.

Terribly slow delivery. Still waiting for my order. Ordered a week ago and it’s still not sent to delivery. I’ve had to go out and buy more food while I wait. AVOID.

What a superb shopping experience! Super knowledgeable helpful staff (especially Nigel) at the Coventry store. A great range of beds... and we had looked at a lot of bed shops! Nice showroom, cheerful greeting, and the staff remembered us on our second visit too. Nigel really knew about beds, and provided excellent guidance. We are really pleased with our choice. The sales process was easy, and our bed will be here in four weeks. I totally recommend carpet right 😊
