Feel very scammed

Recently exchanged an item and the replacement arrived with a false order number - not recognised in their system. What bonafide company does that. The replacement dress is not suitable but with the allocated false order number it will not allow me to go through the refund procedure and will not provide the return mail label. You cannot speak to anyone as their customer telephone number has an old Christmas Holiday message on it and today is 11 February 2025. This company is a scam.

Love the different colours and patterns of the dresses and the most amazing skirts too - and now you are doing slightly bigger sizes I have room to eat as well as looking stylish! Great cut to the clothes! Thank you for designing for real women!

The Returns Service is Absolutely Appalling

The Returns Service is appalling. An item arrived with the Do Not Remove or we will not Refund Label already off, lying separate to the dress so if it did not work, you had no choice but to keep - sadly it did not suite me but I had no choice but to keep it. I also returned one item 11 November 2023 and still no refund received. I returned two dresses 22 November and as at 12 December no credit received. The Customer Service Number for returns has a permanent voice message on it, even though it operates UK hours so are 5 hours behind me in the USA, whenever you telephone you are told the switchboard is now closed even within UK work hours. Furthermore, you are encouraged to keep the item and not return it they deduct $20.00 from the amount to be credited back to cover postage (!) however if you are prepared to return it and opt for a credit note they will add $20.00 to the amount! This is such a shame that Saint & Sofia behave like this because I have kept at least 10 items over the last year I have been happy with, but this is such a bad experience on Returns, I wont take the risk of ordering again.

I am very sorry you are feeling this way.

I have looked into your returns, and these have been processed for you. My apologies for any delay - we hadn't been notified by the warehouse of the returns.

In regards to the phone - the UK is 5 hours ahead of you, and so the office may have been closed when you called.

As for returns - we do charge $20 for a label fee if you want to return for a refund. However, we do state you can use your own return label from the courier of your choice. We do offer free returns for exchange or store credit.

A Scam of a Company- AVOID

We placed an order on line for a sideboard and bedside table 15 May 2023 and unbeknown to us when we checked the status of the order with Customer Service 27 May 2023 they had cancelled the order and admitted no cancellation email sent to us. They still have the payment £1,758.00 and are feeding us different stories each time we chase for our refund and have not processed our refund. I have had to pass the matter to my Credit Card company to now deal with as was getting no where. I am seriously thinking this company is a scam and I believe they are part of William Sonoma and Pottery Barn which have a good reputation but clearly they are in trouble.
